Beautiful. Love that there isn't the stock music here, but the sounds of the park.
Glad you enjoyed it! Many of our viewers have been asking for videos without music. We’ve been trying to produce more videos like this.
I will NEVER forget my time in this place. I carry it with me in my heart.
Same here.
I went on this trail a few weeks ago. This feels like the best place on earth for nature. Peaceful and beautiful. And the water tastes great in the streams. Id probably live happier in a tent there than in society.
U of W grad, I hiked this many times inThe 70s and 80s. Beautiful area but cold and heavy rain in December and January. I am now an Expat in Thailand with no more cold rain for me😂
Looks like an absolutely gorgeous trail! Love it.
It really is! And it's a trail that only remains because of the hard fight to protect this forest. It's a treasure. Thanks for watching!
Well done once again. We love Olympic and the trails in this magical forest.
Thank you! So glad you enjoyed the video. We expect it would be difficult to not love Olympic. It's a truly amazing place.
Leave no trace
and respect this special place.
One of my favorite videos! Love the sounds of nature. Thank you!
Glad you enjoyed it! Olympic NP is an incredible place. Thanks for watching!
Thank you! Viewing this from CA, dreaming of Washington hikes. Thank you for making a virtual tour possible. Hope to experience this in person one day.
Our pleasure! Thanks so much for watching and commenting! We hope you're able to visit the Hoh Rainforest yourself someday. It's a magical place.
Beautiful rainforest and nice smooth footage!
Thanks a lot!
Just went there this week. Was absolutely amazing!
It really is! I miss it every day.
Beautiful
loved the quietness of the video. No talking but all the relevant info were delivered. Very good.
Glad it helped! Thanks so much for taking the time to watch.
So relaxing
We think so too. Thanks so much for watching!
Beautiful! and oh wow you sure don't have a baby anymore Little Hiker that is awesome! nice inset of the june vs august.. looks greener in june but not by much it sure is wet out there! awesome video thanks for taking us with you.
Thanks again! Yeah, he's growing up. He watches our videos and says, "I want you to take me there." Our Yosemite videos are his favorite.
There were sections of the Hoh Rainforest that seemed much drier than when we went in June a couple years earlier, but the deeper we got, the more it began to look like the rain forest we remembered.
So glad you could join us virtually. How are things in this crazy time?
Great video , so much beauty to explore.
Glad you enjoyed it
Amazing video. May I know name of the trail in Hoh rain forest ?
This video shows sections of the Hall of Mosses and the Hoh River trail.
I appreciate some of the history you provided, without it being too much and overwhelming the “natural” parts of the video
Glad you enjoyed it! Understanding the struggle to preserve these places makes visiting them even more special. At least I think so.
Thanks a ton for watching and for sharing your feedback! Much more to come.
The best treadmill walks are where possible, just one continuous shot without edits and no music. Your audio is great but it looks like you're trying to make an interesting video when in fact the place is just fantastic and interesting and doesn't need all that except perhaps in the intro. Hope this is useful
Thanks for the feedback.
Any mushrooms? Any berries? Are people even allowed to look for some...??
I tried to go with my daughter's and my grandson this last summer. Unfortunately, there was a very long line of cars. It was a 45 min wait to get to the entrance of the rain forest. Hopefully another day.
The last few years have been pretty difficult. Crowds and long lines of cars are definitely common in the parks nowadays. Here's hoping that when the world calms down a little that our parks are allowed to breath a little better.
4K ??
Sometimes it takes TH-cam to while to fully process each video. And others sometimes experience lower quality due to bandwidth fluctuations and availability.
If the quality is degraded, perhaps plan a rewatch in a week or two.
At Home In Wild Spaces ok, thanks for your answer :-)
1:27 Sirenhead?
?
@@HomeInWildSpaces you don’t know what sirenhead is?
Afraid not.
it should be noted the 50ft from wildlife is for YOUR safety, not the animals lol.
Why can't you bring your pets here? @ 2:58
Sorry guys, the person walking blocked the view and kind of ruined the whole experience of the audience enjoying the nature…. Other than that thank you, great video, no talking! 😊
Thanks for the feedback.
Would be a nice video without the politics. I'll watch another, not yours.
Thank you. I literally was wondering the same thing... No pets?
