    Nice, i love myself some tricep extension, but in my case they are more like inverted skullcrushers going as deep down as i can.
    As i feel it, it improves my overhead shoulder mobility, getting a nice lat stretch and improved core strength cause it's also similiar to an ab wheel rollout but on rings.
    but damn i do love my way of doing them, they just murder my triceps, sometimes i don't know what hurts more, triceps or core. But it's a good kind of temporary pain.

    I think rings are better for push-ups than trx, since the strap rubs against he arms. Do you prefer one over the other or just play all?

      @@BluBlu111 Floor is kinda my least preferable option due to these reasons 1. Limited range of motion, 2. Wrist stretch, 3. Poor grip.
      And the solution in my opinion is Plyometric boxes. Also I second prefer Bar/Parallelets with Rings being the first one. Rings teach you how to control the movement and maintain tension while being less stressful to the joints. Parallelets gives you raw power taking balance out of equation, so you can milk more reps with higher speed which is great for hypertrophy.

      That's why I use the NOSSK straps. They use a "lay flat design" in the straps that is more comfortable and ergonomic than either. It's pretty much the only straps I use now, largely for that reason.

    Do you ever combine two or more Micro Workouts together, say a Micro Chest/Push with a Micro Back/Pull in the same workout

    Hey matt, my elbows feel tight if I squeeze my arm during the tricep extensions. I can only do an 85 angle; anything lower than that then my elbows would hurt. I love your work, any help would be appreciated.

      Use whatever range you're comfortable with, it will increase in time. Plus keeping your back engaged helps a lot. Elbow stress is often a sign of poor shoulder stability.

    Hey Matt, if I get IT band pain when doing squats, is that an indication of lack of glute and hamstring engagement?

      That might ahve something with it, but it's more a sign of weak and tight hip flexors and abductors.

    I hate how much my feet slip on my basement floor when doing this. I've tried with shoes, without shoes, with a mat and without a mat. It's a painted concrete floor and I can't believe how much it slips. Looking for a simple, inexpensive solution.
