Good workout, thanks for sharing! I started resistance training a year and a half ago, but for the last 9 months or so I mostly focus on calisthenics. Bought a pair of p-bars, a pull-up bar and a few months ago the gymnastics rings. Man, the start is slow and painful, but the benefits start to show. First time I went for dips on p-bars and ring hold I sucked big time, even got injured doing dips and had to recover for 2 weeks. Now I am starting to feel progress, more functional strength, muscle gain is becoming easy to see, it's a fun and difficult journey. Btw, I've noticed you have the Moldavian flag on your wall there. How come? 😊
No, you may not replace bicep curls with pelican curls. It is illegal in some USA states and it should be illegal everywhere. I forbid it. Luckily, it is impossible to replace bicep curls with pelican curls, so don't even try it for yourself.
It's not bad, but it is something to work on. it's a bit of compensation on m y part to deal with some inherent weakness from an injury I suffered years ago. healing is an on-going process.

Great workout, thanks. When you're doing right arm biceps curl, it seems that lead to a shoulder shrug. Isn't it bad for shoulder joints ?

Hey Matt,I can't feel my bis working when doing trx bis curl, What should i check in order to improove.
make sure your elbows are not dipping down too much. Think of "scooping" the hand upward during the curl.

That was an attempt with using a different steaming service. The "recovery tips" episode is the same thing.
