I think you have added that new note. Sargent Phil - I smell the color green. Julie please just keep using the fantastic versions of phrases that pop in your head. We all love them along with the entertaining reactions on Phil's face when he hears them. That barrel strength version of Four Roses has been on my shortlist for awhile. This certainly reinforces that. Cheers!
@@TheBourbonVan Ironically enough, made my weekly stop today and lo and behold, got my hands on our state pick of Four Roses Barrel Strength. Didn't even know we had them here. First I have ever seen one. 11yr, 5m OESF (20% Rye mashbill it says on the label). So we will see...Cheers!
Four Roses SiB was my first "real" bourbon. It holds a high place in my heart. I've never seen a Barrel Strength version of it around here, but I want one so bad.

We feel very fortunate to have gotten our hands on this batch. The state of Oregon picks one or two barrels each year and they disappear quickly.
