This one was on fire because a fire keeper girl .
She was killed by Lautrec, the Golden Knight. That's why the fire went out.
If you want to avenge the girl, you must first take her belongings from the bottom of this bonfire. The items are her soul + a stone in order to invade Lautrec and avenge her in Anor Lando.
this girl can be alive if u revenge and this bonefire will return
