    You’re doing good my friend, as they say..if you’re not crashing you’re not flying and you’re always honest to yourself and admits your mistakes. Hands down to you my friend, always good to see you improving your flying skills.

    Ali, unfortunately, I have encountered some "fried chicken." I took FW450 V3 up for first flight and all was good. And then it started to go "whacky" completely uncontrollable and crashed. Need new canopy, skids, DFC links and blades. All other items popped off and servos were saved. Was flying in GPS mode and I am not sure if it lost signal....or the cable from GPS to H1 controller came out (as when I finally shut off the cable was just laying there). Any idea what this could have been? Should I re-calibrate the GPS when I repair it? Is it possible for GPS wire to pop off by vibration or you think the crash caused it to pop out? So disappointing! I cried! LOL.

    • @alishanmao
      @alishanmao  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Oh man, I am very sorry to hear this. If you do not mind (but in China, we friends will sit, and laugh out loud on fried chicken and treat the friend later who fried his chicken), cheer up, this happens to all of us. Now flywing is kinda getthing this reputation as many have reported helicopters are going crazy during flight (Though not even a single time it happened to me). Only one time I had my heli 450 V2 not responding properly to my stick moves and drifting itself a year and half ago i believe, but switching to 3D Mode i quickly got control and landed.
      So remember next time your heli behaves strange, immediately switch to 3D Mode and back to GPS mode. this can reset that behavior during flight canceling whatever causing it. if you have skills to fly manual, keep it in 3D mode and land immediately is best option.
      Now for the reason, I believe it happened maybe due to GPS coming off of its stick tape (yes flying I have told them many times to stick GPS properly) and or it could be purely a GPS glitch (Did you calibrate compass successfully before first flight?)
      no worries, you will repair it in time and next, calibrate compass, make sure GPS cable and GPS is stuck properly and solid. and remember 3D mode saves the day :)
      Have safe flights buddy
