Good size house but in need of some decor especially nice colourful tiles in the bathrooms to give it a pop. Every bedroom looks the same so better not be drunk when retiring to your room. I disagree with the comment on the generator . The reason he has a large generator is that the power is known to go off on the island for hours and sometimes 2-3 times a week. I just experienced it again this year 2022

Hello yes good point. Tbh though I haven't experienced it more than in the past 2 months. There were some isolated situations. A storm knock a branch that took out the main line bringing power in to the city. That took some time. And Then a few weeks back they were upgrading all lines. Same situation. Maybe you experienced that....?
Prior was never bad for us.
I am at playa Bonita Beach residcne so we never experienced anything. But our office was powerless downtown.
