'psycho' is really special because people always label jun as weird, etc. so the meaning of the song is basically him saying everyone's weird in their own way

spider was a cultural reset when it was released… it’s so good. personally, though, psycho is genuinely one of my favourite seventeen songs. the concept is so creative and unique, the lyrics are some of the best i’ve ever seen in kpop, jun is so perfect with both his delivery and dancing with this song… i will never get over it i fear
i don’t want to keep leaving unnecessary comments lol but i think it’s notable that psycho is also a pretty personal song to jun. when he was training he was often told he was “too weird” and should file his personality down if he wanted to be an idol. in an interview, when asked about how he feels being one of svt’s weirdest members, he says he thinks everyone’s unique and weird in their own way. the song hit harder for me knowing that

Don't forget, there are a couple of units that have videos. 'MY I' and 'Cheers' I think are on albums, so if you wanted to do those with the B-sides you could.
'Bittersweet' was a single release, but you could probably do that with 'Your Choice' if you want. 'Bittersweet' also has a live clip.

The lyrics of psycho is really personal for jun. He was often called the weird one for having an essentric personality. Thus the message of the song "Am I really the odd one, or is it the world suppressing the free me?” Also, he won the award of best singer songwriter for the song limbo. Yall should check out nxt

Jun said "Limbo" (1st) and "Psycho" (2nd) are part of a trilogy, with one more song to come to complete the story. You have to watch "Limbo" to recognize the flashbacks in "Psycho". Jun said neither song actually matches his regular style or personality, but as an artist he wanted to stretch himself. Watch the behind the scenes MVs for BOTH "Limbo" and "Psycho" to hear his thoughts regarding both. I think the visuals in "Limbo" blew my mind the most...even more so than "Psycho". IN-joy both!

honestly I think the Spider dance practice is the best version. the choreo is what makes the song super s tier for me and it's the best presentation of it by far IMO.

You guys should check out the behind the scenes for both of these songs. Listening to them go through the thought processes was really interesting to me. Hoshi worked on Spider with Woozi but I think Woozi didn't do Limbo or Psycho. Just random trivia.

I love the dance in Spider!
Psycho is one of my favorite of their solos. I love that he was singing in his language, the concept, his suprising (should not be surpised) by his raspy voice. I find not enough people notice or apprecitae his range.

Hi, i am back. Good reaction, ty. I have heard this one before and did not like it. But its not bad now. The R&B vibe is nice. Like his vocals. Some of the fits i liked and he is a visual for sure. Was Hoshi biased when i was clueless and pretty much a baby. Jeonghan biased now, Joshua wrecker, Wonwoo 3rd, Minghao (The8) 4th. 0.o DK, Woozi ,Vernon, are bringing up the rear. Yes, i am OT13. =0p Loved seeing the female backup dancers. Hoshi is a huge fan of Shinee. He is Key & Taemin biased. I see that drama in him. =0} I also think he is following in Taemin's footprints. Because the vocal range, dang. He is an impressive choreographer. Working with props is really difficult. Not many groups do it because it's so hard. This was very unique and something new. Jun said the dark themes don't match his personality, but he wanted to push himself in order to learn how to express his art in a more expansive way. They went chronologically with the title track mvs except for the first few they watched so ig they'll go through the debut album first when they get to it
