I can't find SSIS on my Visual studio, am I missing something??

You need to install the SQL server integration service from the visual studio marketplace.
Go to extension- click visual studio marketplace under the online tab and search for Integration and install that tool first. Once it will install then you can create your integration project. You might also need to install the Data processing workloads from the installer.
