I spent some hundreds of $ and 4 hours with a guy and I didn't understand data flow nor the labs about data flow. With you, 40 minutes and I can configure data flow starting from connection string, source, destination... just WOWWW!!! THANK YOU!!!
Usually on most tutorials, people comment saying that the instructor explained concepts very clearly even if they haven't. This is an exception. Amazing job and the perfect tutorial to SSIS!
I'll do an interview tomorrow for an etl developer position, and my previous experience is with another ETL Tool, so this video is exactly what I needed to integrate my etl knowledge with SSIS, Thanks a lot!!
It is fabulous , you can't get that much detail even if you read for 20hours. 4 hours covers everything you need to start. Thankyou soooooooooooooooo much.
No commnets, it is really good and shows step by step how to use SSIS ETL tool for Extract , Transform and Lading process in a simple way. Explanaiton is awesome.
Thanks a ton, really appreciate it... I can't pay you financially for your hard work that's why I never skip ads on your channel to support in whatever way possible 👍🏻
I just want to thank you so much for your tutorial. It is most certainly the best one I have found that clearly outlines the steps and the reason for them. You rock!!!
I thought learning SSIS was very difficult before I watched this video, I understood the subject very well. Thanks nag for this video and all of your videos.
Hi Sir, I just completed watching this full course and i am glad to share my experience. I knew ,Just a thanks is not enough but i can say "Thank you very very very much" sir. I am so so happy with this content sir.
Sir, You did a great job. I have watched this video two times and learned a lot from it. I have also watched your SSAS tabular. Thanks for your dedication.
So far, I've completed the data flow part of this video. Needless to say, you made it super simple and super understandable. I've paused to try out what I learned so far. Thanks much for explaining it in a way we can apply in real-time. This is the first time I had the enthusiasm to sit and watch more than an hour in a tutorial as it was too simple and interesting to follow.! Thanks a ton!
Your videos are simply understandable and precise. I would suggest you to "Truncate" a table instead of deleting and recreating it again as it saves our time.
Many thanks to you as you have done a wonderful job I do have 5+ years of experience working with SSIS some years back and wanted to refresh myself with the ins and outs in a day or so and I ended up learning more than just what I had in mind.
Hello .I'm interviewing for a role in which they use SSIS for etl purposes. If I complete this video and practice with few databases, would that be enough ?
I believe once you go over the video have some db practice understand the basic concepts and go over some interview questions online you'll be perfectly aligned to get that job. Wish you all th best!!
Great course! Very well explained! I learned everything I wanted and more from this comprehensive course. big shout to you brother! Thanks a lot. cheers.
Thank you, Sir, for creating such a valuable and easy-to-understand lesson. I have a few questions, and I would appreciate your insights: Are SSIS projects challenging or complex to work on in real-world scenarios ? Is this 4-hour lesson sufficient for handling SSIS tasks in a real-world job? Does SSIS support data extraction from APIs? Is SSIS still in demand in 2024?
Thanks a lot for running this course. I was delighted to see you covered so many aspects of SSIS in a simple but precise manner. I liked the concept of using the demo to show how it is done. I think your coverage was really excellent and presented well too. I was looking for a scenario where and email is sent just incase the package fails. It would be worth to consider this particular task in the SQL agent. Secondly, you may also consider how to resume the package wehn it failed in the first instance. Can I request you to coved the other transformations like CDC control task? Overall it is a fantastic presentation and I am delighted with you. Please continue doing this good work.
Thank you, Nags. Every points you raised are clear and understandable. What is the difference between the end-to-end SSIS video and Intro to SSIS 1/25. Are they the same? if not, which one should i go with first?
Hi Naga.. Excellent work and explanation. I would appreciate if you share the demo files, so we can keep tracking and following with you. Thanks in advance!
your videos are a great source of learning. I learned a lot and would like to thank you for that. Could you please upload the data files for our own practice? it will be a great help for learners. thanks
Hi Sir, I got one doubt near 1:37:22. Instead of multcast merge why can’t we use indirect method because all are same columns for three files(in informatica powercenter we use indirect method in session but i am not sure that option is available or not in ssis).
Hi ! Thank you for your vidéos !! I have a question, I'm working on a distant server with 3 different environnement (Dev, Stage, Prod). But i don't understand how to develop data pipelines when i create/modify a file, i need to give a local path to SSIS, but my local path will not be the same as my server..! Does SSIS needs to be installed on the server and access to it remotely ? Thank you by advance :)
Hello, thank you very much for this tutorial. It is very helpful. But do you have by chances an SQL query to create Nagastore tables ? Or a CSV file to download it ?
you can download online, database/powerbi/ssis/ssas/scripts/azure/app everything under here - - > github.com/microsoft/sql-server-samples/tree/master/samples/databases/wide-world-importers
Thanks a lot for your presentation. I have a question related to using Excel as a target. I am trying to get your two records example and place them into an Excel workbook. I am getting the following error "The 'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider is not registered on the local machine." And there is no way that I can make it work. Any help will be appreciated.
i am trying to do the demo example but my mapping is not happening ,i am not getting data or all columns in left side. Could you please help what i am doing wrong or what can i do to fix it.
You have done it really amazing it's effortless to follow. I usually do not leave comments. Great job keep it up. Will it be possible for you to share SSIS scripts, please?
