Optic 2016: Seeing Beyond Traditional Travel Images with Ira Block

With so many people traveling the world with cameras today, taking in depth travel images will separate the professional and advanced amateur from the clutter of ordinary photos that reside on the internet. This photography can be achieved by looking deeper into local cultures, finding travel vistas that have more layers of information and making images in more dramatic lighting conditions. The new digital cameras that produce incredible files at high ISO make it possible to photograph in situations that were not thinkable in the past and open doors to a new world that can be documented by photography.
