Just a note on the Warlock tank, it is not fully ranged. Shadow Cleave and Curse of Recklessness (taunt) are both made into melee. Additionally, they get a charge to get into melee and the AoE taunt is likely not a long range. While Searing Pain seems to still be ranged, it is still very much a melee tank - but with some ranged tricks.
I mean, standard warlock dps were holding threat from entire raids using searing pain spam on certain bosses in vanilla/tbc/wrath. Add in 50% more threat, searing pain might as well be a ranged taunt :)
@@LordSadCat Not, in the video he literally says WL tanks will be fully ranged, which is false. Quote: "The first tanking spec ever in World of Warcraft that will be fully ranged, by the way."
@@LordSadCat I hope you're trolling. Meta transforms multiple abilities into new tank abilities which are melee. It literally says that in the tooltip.
at 25 shaman tanks are going to the highest single target threat by a mile. in normal classic, at 25 shaman tanks absolutely could not be pulled from if they had rockbiter on and were spamming es. now add 50% threat ontop of that, and put ES as a seperate CD from other shocks, and add another instant ability that has double threat (the aoe).
es shock will be around 350 + threat per cast, the new molten blast will be doing around 250+ threat, lightining shield ticks around 75 threat, flameshock (doesnt share cd with ES and ticks have a chance at reseting Molten blast cd) around 150 + threat over the application and the dot. frostshock does about 150 threat, which u would use alternating with flameshock. and on top of that you have a total of about 100+ tps from your auto attacks in lvl 25 prebis (wep dps, attackpower, and rockbiter tps, *1.5x) , def gotta press more buttons then a warlock tank but we for sure will be on top.@@KarlMerkli
I'm pretty sure ES is reworked when you tank. It becomes a taunt so I assume they are removing the damage portion. I pray they don't remove the interrupt when it becomes a taunt.
I'm a druid main and I need to ask you this question. What exactly is the "hybrid" part of the druid. Because in vanilla, druids do not hybridize inside pve outside of maybe a feral swapping between tank and dps. The only place hybridization exists in vanilla is in PvP, and even there the playstyle is still kind of lacking in vanilla. Proper hybridized specs exist for PvP best in wotlk. Why? Because feral kites and heals, jumping in and out of melee range. Balance druids do similar things but with less mobility and more burst and cheese. In vanilla, the hybrid PvP idea essentially consists of either feral with nature's swiftness or balance with nature's swiftness. The only other spec thats usually used in vanilla druid PvP is deep Resto flag runner spec, which to be fair is probably more of what you are thinking of, however it takes forever to actually kill anyone in this spec and engineering is basically mandatory to make it at all dangerous. The concept of, "open in cat, swap to bear to slap em, then run away and heal, then start using balance spells to burn them down." Is functionally flawed at a higher level of PvP. At high level PvP it is a tempo game of the druid trading out cooldowns until you can either slowly kill the enemy or break burn away all their escape tools to get out or entangling roots. If you want to actually kill people as a druid then specialising into 1 damage tree and supplementing it with healing for survivability is how you should do it. This is already in sod at 25, as in cat form you can cast sunfire at 0 mana cost and kite things around indefinitely, while using lifebloom to recover any lost him very quickly. The only issue with it at 25 is your tiny ass mana bar.
It’s pretty wild how much content creators are honing in on level 25 pve content, all for one repurposed dungeon. I feel like the pvp is way more interesting with more new stuff. The meta is just brand new and there’s so much to discover with how these spells interact with eachother.
@@rogerdodger1984 of course they are going to talk about the changes through content we will experience! My point was that the emphasis in these videos are focused on who will top the dps charts in BFD. Personally I believe there is way more that’s interesting beyond who’s going to do the most damage in a level 25 repurposed blackfathom depths.
The lvl 25 cap is going to be great. i'll actually be able to play this with my son who is 7 years old and be able to keep up. We'll be rolling Mage / Pally (Ret all the way!) together!
@xReaghan We started playing together when Classic first came out in 2019 when he was 3. it was actually a pretty good tool to teach. I showed him deer, cows, wolves, rabbits, dinosaurs and all the creatures in the game. he learned their names and it helped with his speech b/c it was a fun activity. I kept it G rated at that time and we just explored and mined ore and picked flowers. good times. He has since learned to read and type really well and plays Minecraft by himself. his WASD skills are pretty good too! WoW can be a learning tool if you use it right.
Regarding Rogue Tanks, I'd like to point out that in FF11 we had ninja tanks who were known as Evasion or Blink Tanks. Healers could save quite a bit of mana if the tank is taking no damage. Might even be able to DPS instead. However, those big hits are certainly a concern since WoW rogue isn't quite designed like FF11 where they had things that straight up absorbed hits in addition to avoiding hits. I'm quite curious to see how rogue turns out.
FF11 you only fought one mob at a time with decent delays between their attacks, blink tanks would not work in wow because you're fighting 3 mobs minimum in dungeons that attack almost every second
@@AyeeSkippy Rogues are definitely looking like boss tanks or off tanks in SoD. Unless they get mad AoE from future runes, they'll be most likely that.
@@AyeeSkippy no one is saying make a blink tank in wow. We’re are saying the concept of an nimble dodge/evasion non-meat-shield tank has been a thing for years.
So now that its basically here im having a hard time wrapping my head around the fact that im getting a Classic+ beta this week to keep me occupied while I wait for the return of Warhammer Fantasy around February? I always get nervous when things are going this well haha.
The additions are terrible for the game and ruin everything that's good about vanilla, but it'll be fun to duck around with. Maybe the next sod they'll actually leave classes with limitations like vanilla so that grouping with other players matters, while still giving them a little more involvement than spamming fireball all raid. The time to level alts or change class is pretty cool especially with the balance roller coaster we're about to be riding.
Warlock tank is not going to be fully ranged at all - many of the base abilities are replaced with melee abilities, such as Shadow Bolt being replaced by Shadow Cleave. You certainly have a couple of ranged things in your kit still, but I'm pretty sure the idea is still to be in melee and use instant casts and Shadow Cleave mostly.
did people really believe they would just have a permanently at range ( not able to be hit ) tank? every boss is kite-able? blizz isnt able to write a story anymore. did they ( whoever thought warlock would be a range tank ) think they could redefine tanking? really? 2023 blizz?
@@-.-Monster Willy said "fully ranged" in this video at 21:42 - neither he nor I said anything about "permanently at range", those two things are notably different. I figure he simply forgot that the main spells a warlock would use to tank turn melee with Metamorphosis. That said, Searing Pain is supposed to turn to an instant spell, and it doesn't say it turns melee - so it is possible that Warlock will be able to kite-tank better than any other tanking specc. Time will tell I suppose.
@CaptainSweatpants90 Searing Pain spam already could rip off tanks in classic so it with an additional 50% threat modifier is pretty much a ranged taunt.
@@amethonys2798 Absolutely true. I'd say it generally looks like threat is going to be mostly a non-issue in SoD, at least compared to how it is in regular Vanilla.
I still don't see any reason for Moonkin players to play SoD atm. They're still unchanged as the worst dps spec in Vanilla and now SoD. Other classes get a lot of new tools, but only thing Moonkin can do is cast Wraths when most mobs are nature resistant in Vanilla Raids anyways.
From a long time twink player, I think you're highly underrating warrior. Their only weakness when 19/29 twinking was always missing in-combat charging. If you havent twinked before and with how little info we have about class balance and itemization in sod so far, I wouldn't let this decide your class choice, the meta is far from decided, only theorized.

Another great video from WillE. As for rogues in pvp, remember that the "Between the Eyes" rune gives rogues a ranged version of Kidney Shot. You also get a ranged snare with "Quick Draw" which is very useful in WSG, so rogues can do more in group pvp than just burst damage. I really need help deciding between destro Lock Vs. Fire mage for PVE main (pvp sometimes, not serious/ranked). Which will feel stronger? Also is being able to tank as a lock with those fun/strong runes, worth giving up polymorph, portals, utility?
@Direwarlord213: I'm struggling with the same choice. One thing to consider that might help you decide is hit chance. Content creators haven't given it enough attention in my opinion, but classes that have access to hit talents at 25 are going to do better than expected against bosses in BFD. Afflock, Spriest, and Arcane Mage are all dark horses that I would watch out for. 10% hit is a nontrivial advantage over specs like Firelock that have none. In fact, all three mage specs have access to substantial amounts of hit at this level (6% for fire and frost), which allows a lot of flexibility if hit turns out to be as determinative as I suspect it will. Just something to think about. Right now I'm leaning mage for that reason.
I wasnt too exicited for SOD but after watching this for some reason you got me hyped. I usually always play a frost mage in any expansion and I think this time around I am gonna go hunter first.
I'll be surprised if Warrior and Druid tank can compete with Shaman, or even Warlock, in single target Threat. I think there was a big reason that nerf was thrown in. I strongly believe shamans will be kings of ST threat - dwarfing every other tank by a lot. Especially if they can find moments to Dual-wield Rockbiters against caster/non blocking bosses.
Shaman is the meme tank? I don’t think anyone is looking at a tank who can’t even regen mana against a caster boss at all. Druid and war sweep that sort of thing easily and warlock might keep up
@@imaforceanature7297 Caster bosses they'd use shamanistic rage but yeah imo endgame is going to be druids and warriors main tanking every fight. Shaman will be an aoe off tank but maybe Warlock can main tank but it won't be shaman especially with fire immune mobs in the first 2 level 60 raids.
You sleeping on druid threat. They where already monstrous for it. Now with wild strikes and lacerate on top they gonna be hella strong. The only thing that kept them back was the lack of critt immune
Early on you might be right actually. The only way you're getting threat off a shaman who earthshocks and rockbiters is with a taunt. Later on it's lock though. We had shamans tank a few bosses in classic for fun, I wouldn't put one in front of veknilash or patch or something though. Maybe by that time we get a rune that lets them get the 5stack of shield mastery on the pull or something.
As far as prot pally, I’m really curious about one thing….in vanilla I raid pally tanked through greater blessing of kings spam. 150 threat x the amount of whatever class you casted it on. So in a raid with 20 warriors, 3000 threat per global. Split amongst however many targets were there. This surprisingly made pally tank incredibly good for single target untauntable bosses. Or even just single target bosses in general. What I’m curious about is it this mechanic will still exist (I’m talking about later on in at 60 in 40 mans, it obviously wouldn’t work in this bracket)…because combined with all the new stuff….it could be serious god tier.
After trying every class multiple time to 25... Warlock feel the best for me also. 1. Money is not an issue with them. 2. Leveling is top tier at low level because of the crazy Pet you can get and instant Corruption + Wands. 3. You never have to sit to drink or to eat. 4. They have a rune to make yourself look like a Demon... Ok thats it!
People keep shitting on rogue, by saying they miss a lot of utility. But rogue have still far more options than most. To add to that they will have a ranged kidney shot! Also melee dps at low levels is just really strong, there's a reason most twinks go rogue. They will be very strong and will be a top pick for pvp 100%.
I'm honestly not super worried about how well a class performs. So many of the runes just sound like a lot of fun and I'll just do the best I can with whatever class and build I decided is fun. My order, as far as how much I'm looking forward to playing them is, Hunter (Melee or BM), Shaman (Elemental for that sweet satisfaction of overloads), and Druid (For them Windfury procs for me and my mates).
@@pwn3426 I prefer the class fantasy of having a pumper pet over playing MM. From BC through MoP I exclusively played BM and since legion I've bounced back and forth from BM to Survival.
Not to mention how Vanilla isn't all that difficult. All content below level 55 certainly isn't. On Classic Era you can run pretty much every dungeon under-levelled, under-geared, with the worst Class composition and you will still get through it without much difficulty. There is nothing with Season of Discovery that points towards Blizzard aiming to make the game any harder or more difficult. All they've said is that they might have to buff the health of mobs to compensate for the fact that runes will make every single class having higher DPS compared to what they normally would, so keeping HP of mobs the same would just make everyone steamroll everything from the get-go. But there is nothing pointing towards Blizzard attempting to make boss encounters more advanced, or make anything mechanically different. Runes makes pretty much every class have a larger toolkit compared to before as well, so you will have less subpar classes that brings next to no value like you have in Vanilla. Even if you somehow end up picking the class that will be the worst tank, worst healer or worst DPS, I don't think you will have a hard or bad time in Season of Discovery. Blizzard seems to be attempting so make everyone overpowered in one way or the other. No one should be feeling like their class and spec is borderline useless. So unless you are letting yourself be dictated by tier lists, you should be having a fun time no matter what you play.
2h warriors are going to top meters bro idk what you mean. Quickstrike + Raging Blow + Consumed by Rage OR Quickstrike + Bloodfrenzy + Frenzied Assault.
Sorry for so many comments., but I also wanted to comment on the melee hunter pvp. In classic I meme’s as a melee hunter and a melee spellpower hunter, and given the correct build it is god tier in pvp. (This won’t happen at 25, but will later on. You pick up imo concussive, imp wing clip for the root, counterattack, and rooting frost trap. You’d be surprised how easy it is to make it so people can’t move away from you. As soon as you touch them, they’re perms locked down. I think this week I’m gonna upload a couple duel videos I have from back then
I think the "class fantasy" of rogue tank is those times when the tanks have died, and the rogue saves the day with evasion-tanking until the warrior/druid has been ressed. When that happens, that rogue is the most celebrated player in the entire guild for that encounter. Following this, what we've seen of rogue runes are perfectly logical
Yea but that means you took all the tanking runes and no dps runes in an off chance for this scenario to occur. Not going to happen unless you like being bottom dps.
so, if rogue tanks are a failsafe, is there any world where rogues turn down the abilities so they can play tank insurance? I don't think this is something that should be added through runes, not when runes are so wild, idk
Sod HYpE!!! I am still gonna be playing warrior and stomping kids in pvp. Warbringer alone is a key component to the warriors kiting issue, and victory rush or quick strike can fill the place of BS/MS. However it’s not gonna be easy, other than that I feel your ranking is spot on lol. I’ll be on whatever pvp server they have playing Alliance human warrior.

No matter what you do as elemental shaman in pvp there's no way you don't take way of earth rune which effectively makes you 50% tougher. Overload, lava burst, and way of earth are each contenders for the best runes for SoD pvp in my opinion and they can all be equiped at once.
Yeah it's pretty disgusting, especially since shamans could already hit really hard in pvp. Redirecting 100% of your heals as damage for 10 seconds, I think competes with the tank rune, but is also insanely stupid busted. It'll probably be tuned down to like 40% (seriously have the devs ever played wow? 100% healing as damage?)
Classic hunter main here. Disengage was bugged throughout its entire vanilla and classic carreer, and was never fixed until TBC when they remade the skill. In classic Disengage actually drastically upped your threat because of the bug, and got me 1shot by bosses when i wasnt even 2nd on threat because it made you go into melee to use it
I think you are underselling rogue for the PvP aspect a bit - they DO have Kidney Shot, in a sense. They get a ranged version of it from runes. Add in a ranged slow that generates CP and a shadowstep - I think they will do just fine. I also do not think backstab builds should be underestimated, simply because you can get 30% crit chance. At lvl 25 most will not actually have much crit chance, I could see it being quite the dangerous burst. Probably not going to be the PvP kings if Classic Era at lvl 60, but I think they will be quite strong.
My #1 question is if Metamorphosis effects all Shadow Bolts or just your Spell. The idea of Shadow Oil actually being useful gets me oddly excited. A 15% chance to shadow cleave on melee sounds great.

Great video. I hard disagree about rogue bro. They get poisons at 20. That allows them to destroy most classes alone at that power spike. At no pt ever were rogues gimped at any level and that hasn't changed here.
I really hope they remove the charges tho. If you get that proc for applying poison significantly more, u gonna run out of charges every few groups not to mention even midway in boss fights
@TLim-mr7ro it looks as tho it could be a free proc where it's simply reapplying the effect. I don't know though and could be mistaken. Just like how the hunters re proc of stings doesn't cost them a cooldown or mana twice.
Devastate might be an interesting spell at these easy levels, its the lack of rage that may hurt it though. Warriors could just choose to leave their Auto Attacks as white to try generate the extra rage required to spam it or there is that rune that equals better rage gen from bleeds etc. When I first saw the Devastate rune my mind was straight to Arms Tree with a 2H spamming a 100% weap dmg spell, Blizzard caught onto that quickly.
@@jiaan100 i tried most combinations and 2h with quickstrike simms highest for warrior. However quickstrike scales with ap not wep dmg so with supbar groups dual wield outperforms it a bit
It's kinda complicated. Ret paladin mana WILL be a real concern. the seal got nerfed and is firmly a "tank only" seal, but still returns mana to the party, so a ret in the prot group will get some solid regen. It's unclear how much that will matter this early. In later phases, we could see the speculated-on "spriest battery", or even just druids innervating the rets because their dps will likely make up for it. Crusader Strike is only a paltry 2% regen every 6 sec, whereas divine storm will cost you 12% of your mana every 10 sec. Ret is still a recipe to oom in less than 20 seconds of combat, but the sick thing about SoD is that people will probably find ways around that!
Let's not forget there are new items as well. Crit might be something we see pushed harder on this first tier of gear. Also, are we calling this tier 0.1? 😂 SoD hype!!!

Assuming they're able to get divine storm and crusader strike, they are game changers, although they might need seal of light and wisdom to really take off their insane sustainability
i think alot of people are sleeping on the sharpening stone for rogue and warriors. 4% hit just from that is gonna be insane, 1% more from your craftable epic. 5% hit easy to get. 1% off hit cap at level 25. I'm sure there will be some drop in bfd that has 1% hit you need to get to 6% total
Great rundown, still a bit undecided on which class I want to play first in SoD. Probably not Mage or Hunter since those are the two recent classes i got up to 60 in classic wow and hardcore wow. Potentially pally, lock, or druid.
I wonder how many people will actually try to discover runes on their own vs. watch/read guides about how to get them. And how much will that affect player enjoyment?
There will be a rune finding discord 100% with I'd imagine like 100-200k people in it on launch. But ofc theres a plethora of people that will just wait for the wowhead post/addon to tell them where their best runes are.

I think he was saying Warlock is a ranged caster so this is the first Ranged tank. Shaman having enhancement making them not range.
@@LordSadCat Not, in the video he literally says WL tanks will be fully ranged, which is false. Quote:

@@LordSadCat I hope you're trolling. Meta transforms multiple abilities into new tank abilities which are melee. It literally says that in the tooltip.
at 25 shaman tanks are going to the highest single target threat by a mile. in normal classic, at 25 shaman tanks absolutely could not be pulled from if they had rockbiter on and were spamming es. now add 50% threat ontop of that, and put ES as a seperate CD from other shocks, and add another instant ability that has double threat (the aoe).
threat isnt an issue in SoD, you can forget about it like in modern wow
Rockbiter is only 27 TPS, 50% extra threat is nice but Warlock searing pain does 190 threat per cast with lake of fire + meta and 0 SP.
es shock will be around 350 + threat per cast, the new molten blast will be doing around 250+ threat, lightining shield ticks around 75 threat, flameshock (doesnt share cd with ES and ticks have a chance at reseting Molten blast cd) around 150 + threat over the application and the dot. frostshock does about 150 threat, which u would use alternating with flameshock. and on top of that you have a total of about 100+ tps from your auto attacks in lvl 25 prebis (wep dps, attackpower, and rockbiter tps, *1.5x) , def gotta press more buttons then a warlock tank but we for sure will be on top.@@KarlMerkli
@@denisblack9897 LOL you know its classic right?
I'm pretty sure ES is reworked when you tank. It becomes a taunt so I assume they are removing the damage portion. I pray they don't remove the interrupt when it becomes a taunt.
I hope Druid doesn’t lose its hybrid ability after this bracket. Hoping new gear helps.
Yea man, wild. Soooo wild. Just WILD content creators are creating content and theory crafting. So wild.

Agreed. When real bosses slip through that avoidance these rogues are going to melt
FF blink tanks were an accident that got nerfed so bad for cheesing bosses it was years for them to become SE endorsed Utsusemi tank.
FF11 you only fought one mob at a time with decent delays between their attacks, blink tanks would not work in wow because you're fighting 3 mobs minimum in dungeons that attack almost every second

Sorry for so many comments., but I also wanted to comment on the melee hunter pvp.
So if a frost mage clutches a victory there should be mage tanks?
so, if rogue tanks are a failsafe, is there any world where rogues turn down the abilities so they can play tank insurance? I don't think this is something that should be added through runes, not when runes are so wild, idk
So many classes are free kill for rogues at low level. They hit so hard and the other classes don't have the skills to escape the damage yet.

@@sean7269with the current runes I can't really see a scenario where it would be useful to switch mid combat.... unless your pet died and you wanted to equip lone wolf.
Unlikely, just balance wise, they will block this from happening if it is possible
techincally u attach runes to gear, so if you can change gear then I guess you can change runes
Well you still got Quick Strike rune that looks to be spamable 20 rage 2h atack and 20% 2h attack speed buff, so low level warrior doesnt looks to bad
@@adamjuzwik2888apparently dw still sims higher
Devastate requires a shield to use
@@jiaan100 i tried most combinations and 2h with quickstrike simms highest for warrior. However quickstrike scales with ap not wep dmg so with supbar groups dual wield outperforms it a bit
I thought the same
Great video! Only comment is you question ret paladin mana, but don’t new runes generate a ton of mana for them?
Shaman and pally are gonna be straught up busted in all aspects, but thats why we love vanilla. #sodhype
Rogue has a ranged kidney shot tho
Let's not forget there are new items as well. Crit might be something we see pushed harder on this first tier of gear.
Also, are we calling this tier 0.1? 😂
SoD hype!!!
For the shamie Williezugzug what mods were showing the shamie specific wep enchants etc?
Going in for the long game! Warrior main, lock alt
That’s exactly what I’m thinking 😂
same here, cant decide which is going to be main
warrior seems like the best tank just cause of Warbringer, Warlock will remind me of my happy days in Siege of Orgrimmar cosplaying a demon and dancing naked next to main tank all the time :P
One thing about warlock tanking runes.
YOU WILL NEED CLOTH GEAR WITH AGILITY !!!! YES AGILITY THATS HOW WARLOCK TANK WILL WORK!!!
Winners: Those that play the game and discover what's fun for them.
Losers: Those worried about what class will be the best at launch.
Is it to late if i start playing wow when season of discovery comes out ?
Definitely want to try out the Warlock Tank & Shaman Tank. Looks & sounds fun. Will definitely have alts. Great video, tyvm for taking the time to put this content out. Much appreciated!
A recap comparing predictions to how things actually unfolded would be worth making a video of imo
I think warriors are going to be the underdog class. even at 25 we can hit really hard with 2h weapons on a sundered target. The issue is rage. From my experience as a warrior I think it’s going to more the middle of the pack.
anyone who's paying attention knows warriors are gonna be top dps at 25. they are the only class that has a dedicated lvl 25 sim with runes, and they are putting out insane numbers.
4 warriors and windfury healer. Everyone sunders and theres instant 4 stacks. Then its just op lol.
@@jessew3047 ur right. 2 1hand with raging blow or 2hand with quick strike both with decent gear simm way higher than everything ive seen in the esfand stream with dps meter. Like 2h quickstrike with smites hammer without great boes or anything without world buffs or wep stone simms like 170 dps already. if this is curernt bis gear and ashenvale worldbuffs warrior simms 230 dps. at level 25 lol
Stand on fire DPS higher
And we’re also getting that hit stone? Hit = Rage and Rage = Damage.
I'm thinking you're underestimating just how important the fact rogues and warriors can actually get their main stats at level 25 is. Also, I think I disagree about warlocks being the best levelers outside of mages. I'm thinking that's going to be ret paladins. Assuming they're able to get divine storm and crusader strike, they are game changers, although they might need seal of light and wisdom to really take off their insane sustainability
On the way to 25? You might be right. But after 30ish you can't touch a mage that knows his aoe route.
@@jasonlucia6682 I mean other than mages. No one is catching mages, they are getting even better
i think alot of people are sleeping on the sharpening stone for rogue and warriors. 4% hit just from that is gonna be insane, 1% more from your craftable epic. 5% hit easy to get. 1% off hit cap at level 25. I'm sure there will be some drop in bfd that has 1% hit you need to get to 6% total
yeah cept they are only usuable inside BFD, so yeah ROFL
what happens to characters when season ends?
Great rundown, still a bit undecided on which class I want to play first in SoD. Probably not Mage or Hunter since those are the two recent classes i got up to 60 in classic wow and hardcore wow. Potentially pally, lock, or druid.
Is there a chance that they switch up the levels in which you gain spells? Or is it set in stone same spell levels as before ?
no one knows for sure
I think they secretly have since the dual weild rune for shaman kind of implies you will have dual weild as a skill already
@@noble61483 that’s a really good point
hunter gonna be the most op pvp class at 25
I wonder how many people will actually try to discover runes on their own vs. watch/read guides about how to get them. And how much will that affect player enjoyment?
Yea... unfortunate part about the internet.... every single way to get every single rune will be in some guide no more than 24 hours after launch.
There will be a rune finding discord 100% with I'd imagine like 100-200k people in it on launch. But ofc theres a plethora of people that will just wait for the wowhead post/addon to tell them where their best runes are.
I'll be happy if most of us just find out in game via the general chat. Like someone announces it in LFG channel or something. That still seems immersive to me.
you should care more about yourself and not how others play the game
@@Ludydobry I am just curious, buddy. Relax.
i wish they put the race/class combination as in cata with no goblins and worgens or dranei/belf too if you want, to get more variety
Undead hunter in classic is something I really wanted
Why would you NOT level as metamorphosis + improved imp?

"Warr is gonna suck"
>meanwhile warrs topping them dmg charts
Stop making toxic videos like this. Trying to meta this game mode before it even comes out is as anti-classic as it gets. This mindset ruins the experience for classic fans who actually have a life.
Oh and by the way, choosing the “meta” class won’t help you at all because you most likely suck at the game. It’s like buying the same model golf clubs as tiger woods and expecting to play just as well as he does.
Maybe if ya’ll actually stuck to learning a class you’d get better rather than hopping to the flavor of the month every chance you get.
@WillE Do you know if Pets benefit from Feral WF Aura?
You are just missing the picture with warriors I think. Warriors are going to absolutely bonkers in SoD. No amount of Wishful Thinking will save you. Even at 25.
Warriors will be target dummy's at lvl 25
Warrior will probably be mid to bottoms tier for 90% of game. In naxx with bis gear and weapons they will do 1.2k dps and raid will do 1.1k dps and people will still complain they’re OP
@@xXSinForLifeXx More wishful thinking. Everyone seems to ignore the fact that warriors will have access to new gear, charge in combat and massive flat damage increases.
warriors at 25 in ashenvale are going to be feasted on. killed by range any time they try to engage. If they go for stragglers they get pounced by rogues. Early game warrior sucks
Fury warriors gonna be arguably high a/low s tier even at 25 getting an extra 40 ish percent melee damage with windfury...they gonna shock some folks
i really think they should've created entirely new talent trees for everyone. they dont even need to _fully_ revamp the classes, most of the actual talents could stay the same. just reorganize when you get what, so that being limited to 25 isnt so....limited. plus, it would look cleaner having a talent UI designed to max out at 25, instead of the really awkward "put one point into a meh talent at your max level and most of the window will still be greyed out"
