Amazing. The father looking after his new fry (and trying to get them to stay put) is simultaneously awe-inspiring, funny, and adorable. Had to giggle at the captions at that part.
Have to love these betta fishes..they are the most unique fish i ever came across and frank does a great job in preserving the most unique and beautiful strain of the fish..i would love to have a franks betta someday soon
This is the most beautiful video i´ve seen for a long time and many informations about the wild bettas. Thank you for making this video now i have some impressions of the life of my young betta i get just a couple days ago. 😃🙏
This video is awesome! So cool to see the entire process like this. Extremely helpful and not to mention super relaxing to watch! Look forward to many more videos from you Frank!
This is what I love about TH-cam.. thank you for showing us this amazing insights into the life of a betta fish....it's fascinating to see these little grow into such amazing beautiful creatures. Much appreciated work..
Such a relaxing video 🙌 loved it right from the start till end ❤ Your camera is so powerful you even managed to capture the microorganisms & paramecium wow 😍
Oh my gosh. Love love love bettas. I just got two and have worked hard creating ecosystems they will thrive in. One day I would love to get one from you
I really love that you release the fry in new environments to raise their numbers in the wild. Makes me want to purchase from you even more than I did before. Thank you for what you do for these amazing fish!
Amazing, I love your work! The fancy bettas in the aquarium hobby are beautiful but the wild types have their own unique beauty that no amount of selective breeding can compare to. I'm currently at Kedah near the Thailand border, so it's mindblowing that someone is so close doing such great work while I'm complaining about university stress. Really, I feel ashamed.
Excellent video & information on how to keep these majestic beauties. 👍👍👍 Could you explain how often daily you feed & water changes for conditioning prior to breed? Thank you Sir. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Congrats to you and your wife on the new addition to the family. Footage was amazing on how and where you were catching this beautiful fish. Looking forward to part two. Quick question how are you matching their current water conditions? Thank you for a great video.
Awesome part 2 Nice to see how you breed them, I was successful with fancy bettas until I fed the male the next day and he ate all the eggs. Currently struggling to know when they’re fully ready again to breed
The macro shots are TOO COOL! Loved seeing everything so clearly It never occurred to me that wild fry could be smaller than domestics - would the paramecium be too small for domestic fry to find?
@@Franksbettas hello franks bettas I have a male pro-democrat🔵/pro-democracy taiwan🇹🇼 paradise fish named (BLUETIGER) he will bred with a female fighter plakat bettafish to make a new generation of paradise fighter fish. There's a rival fish and it's not another bettafish or paradise fish it's the republican🔴 northern studfish it's also an aggressive fish
Frankly speaking (hehe), another fantastic video! Out of curiosity, why do captive bred wild bettas have lesser number of spawn versus conventional farm bred Betta Splendens?

I love how you take care of every detail
You're clearly a master of your craft! For reading about Bettas so much, it's way cooler to see it done, especially with wild caught fish!
I learn something new every time I watch your videos.
Betta fry are adorable!
This kind of video is what I say exactly as a stress reliever! Seeing them being happy makes me more joyous!❤️🥺

Dad did a great job. And Frank did it too! Maybe some day I can also learn how to breed this wonderful fishs.

Fantastic video.. good job man.
Precious little lifes.
That was an amazing video 👀👍🏽✌🏽
Verry nice picture .
Love the videos, keep up the great work!
The macro shots are TOO COOL! Loved seeing everything so clearly
It never occurred to me that wild fry could be smaller than domestics - would the paramecium be too small for domestic fry to find?
I think theyll be large enough naturally betta fry eat paramecium in their tanks naturally along with our fed food anyways

สุดยอดครับ ขอบคุณที่อนุรักษ์ไว้นะครับ
Hi bro I see your all videos I liked
Frankly speaking (hehe), another fantastic video! Out of curiosity, why do captive bred wild bettas have lesser number of spawn versus conventional farm bred Betta Splendens?
its interesting the male's color fades as he taking care of his fry showing how exhausting it is, hardworking dad for sure
Does the male lose his colors while guarding the eggs? Or is this footage of the female (at 3:30) ? I cant tell but either way that is very cute
He loses his colors while guarding his babys. commonly betts are lose their color while stress 😖. 🤝
Appreciate the tips
Sooo cute!! 🥰
Top insights 👌
This is so cool👏🏻👏🏻
Terimakasih ilmunya, bagi saya video ini sangat bermanfaat.
Very nice video. Hard to find these specific type in America.
Very interesting 👌🏻
