You can do all these tips but you have to be mindful of the ingredients. Some oils won’t be absorbed by low porosity hair because the fats (lipid chains) are too big to get under the hair cuticles which means they’ll sit on top making hair heavy, while added proteins can make hair brittle and dry. Some ingredients to avoid: coconut and castor oils, silk/soy/rice protein, keratin, amino acids, biotin, hydrolyzed collagen, and silicones except as a finishing product (look for ingredients ending in -one or -on generally). Things that do best in our hair though: lightweight oils such as argan, almond, jojoba, grapeseed, and mongongo; or skip oils and use water-based products; humectants draw in moisture like glycerine, ginger, agave, and aloe; add products in the right order (Liquid, Cream, Oil); and use a little heat to open up the cuticles but don’t fry your hair (steam is great and moderate heat with a dryer). Some products made for curls can work for straight hair if they are specifically made for low porosity hair. Finally, be aware of the types of silicone: 1. water-soluble, 2. non-water-soluble, and 3. evaporating. 1 & 3 are great for low porosity hair because they give the benefits of silicone without the build up. Look for PEG …-cone (such as dimethicone) (1) and cyclopentasiloxane (3), but avoid straight (non-PEG) dimethicone and cyclomethicone (2). Using the wrong kinds of silicone for your hair can lead to dryness due to blocking out moisturizing products and dullness due to product build up.

Your skin and hair is really beautiful ❤️
What's your haircut?
You have very beautiful hair I wish I could buy a hair serum my hair is dry and curly and brittle I want a very simple curly hair care using homemade ingredients
I also have low porosity hair. I see that people say not to use a hair mask is that true?? What hair type do you have?
Do use a mask especially a hydrating one. I have low porosity hair and I didn’t use mask before but once I started I never went back. Leaves your hair bouncy if it’s type 4 hair which mine is and soft and hydrated. I use the sunny isle one it smells so good😊
You may need to use heat to allow the mask to penetrate your hair more effectively. You can wrap your hair in a plastic bag or use a heating cap.
I love this, esp the last tip. It makes so much sense.
I think none of this makes a HUGE difference, at the end of the day its genetics. She has beautiful beautiful hair, and thats because she was born with it
Genetics mean nothing without maintenance.
Dear lord, you are gorgeous
I absolutely hateeeee having oil in my hair but I need to do this because winter makes my psoriasis act up😭😢
Do psoriasis and oil has any connection?? I'm having some concerns aftr applying hair oil .
@@welcome956 wdym? Like does it cause psoriasis? adding oil just reduces the itching. I'm not really sure what causes it though, it's just an immune system thing
My nephew had eczema when he was little and shea butter was the only thing that would clear it.
Also I gave a shea butter mix to a colleague at work and it cleared her son's mollusk skin condition. He called it his magic cream, lol.
Her Hair is sooooo beautiful ♥️🥵😭🤩
So I have really thin hair.. if I don't put anything in it dries up but if I apply this much stuff in my hair it ends up really oily and unmanageable.. do you have any advice for girlys with thin hair? Thank you ❤
I have the same type of hair. For us, her methods for the sculp won't work, because we already got an oily sculp and not a dry one. But u still can do massages with oil for your sculp if u got a day off and much free time, but don't do it twice a week xd. Tbh, i don't do it ever, i just concentrate on my mids and ends. U can do for those parts as she said in her video, but i recommend light products for our thin hair. Hair Mask once a week by moroccanoil weightless hydration, leave-in by pureology 21 and oil for my mid and ends by olaplex are my products and it works awesome :3 redken shampoo and conditioners work for me the best too, love the smell and u can try out what works best for u. They got different ones for all type of hair 😊😌
I recommend scalp massage & oil into hair for an hour before you wash.
@@gillypiexo bruh xd who got the time lmao and its been proven to not really help more, if u do it so long. Like 5 mins are enough for the good feeling. Don't expect to grow hair like crazy, some people are to delusional haha xd
If you still massage your scalp, without oil, it stimulates it & your hair follicles; it's great for hair growth, etc. The squish is good for conditioner, too, so do that on wash day as well.
When I first saw her face I gasped you are gorgeous holy moly😳
You and your hair is legit gorgeous

Thanks for the reminder❤
This routine works only if you wash you hair every week, some oils clog pores, causing alopecia later on, be safe my kinky ladies!❤
I’m a 4C that washed my hair every week so this totally works for me
@veronicahaney6005 only if you have a scalp problem you would need a non-comedogenic oil, otherwise your scalp produces its own moisturizer called sebum, keep clogging your pores with oils, will result in hair loss, eventually!
People with her hair type, has to wash their hair everyday 🙄
No oil doesn’t cause anything.I’m from Somalia our hair is curls and we use oil we don’t even wash the oil out and our hair growth fast.
@@teammotivation1952 what oil do you use to leave in? 😍 I tried with argan oil but i think i put too much on. I have wavy hair which gets dry and frizzy
Im having alopecia mam 😢so can I follow or use these products..?
And who having alopecia, how many times we should wash hair in a week mam....?😢😢😢
Commenting for the algorithm- love these videos 💕
Just one question: should I apply oil on my scalp even if I have dandruff?
yes, in little amounts
Yes it helped mine
A little bit...but as my dadi says dandruff is none other but the dead skins of our scalp...so dear if you want to get rid of dandruff keep your body hydrated like drinking water atleast 4L, eating juicy fruits or drink any juice and take care of your scalp....bcz in winter our body become dry and especially our scalp....it helps me a lot in winter😊thank you❤
Use lemon juice + oil keep for 4 hrs...wash then. With 2-3 washes dandruff will go away completely.
To keep ur scalp dandruff free do oiling 2 times a week and wash ur hair 2 times a week...stay hydrated !
@@shahinhayatkhan3280 Nooooo! Please no more DIY beauty products😭 Literally all you need to do is exfoliate with a gentle shampoo scrub or a chemical exfoliant like glycolic acid or salicylic acid.
Your hair is everything 💓😻
Honestly, it's really difficult for me to sleep while I have applied oil in my hair since my hair will touch my face and gives me a breakout.
Yeah, I also needto avoid oils for my hair due to skin breakout
✨Have you ever thought 🤔of wrapping it in a silk or satin Scarf? ®️👁️💤🤗
Use silk hair bonnet
@@travishensley7231 thanks for the tip! I think this could just delay the main issue, because in the morning I still need to wash out the oil or my skin will break out during daytime "contamination" :)
I put my hair up in a bun at night and then I don't have to brush my hair in the morning and my hair looks like I spent hours styling it since the bun gives my hair soft waves.
Satnam shri waheguru ji 🙏
can uh plss share your haircut
Mehendi on your hand😻💗
Conditioner doesn’t do that unless it has ingredients that are proven and tested to go into the cuticle . Not every hair mask will do this you have to find one that specifically does, which is usually products for damaged hair which alsooooo not every product that claims to do this does it because they don’t have ingredients that do.
Can you recommend any conditioners that do?
@@animestargalaxy1016 redkin acidic bond concentrate . A cheaper version would be L’Oréal bond repair (they are both made by the same company). Amika the Kure repair hair mask. Living proof leave in damage repair and k18 pre treatment
@@jociir2650 Thank you so much!!
The hair the hair cut everything in this reel is so beautiful not just the tips
Ur hair cut name??
Actually i followed your tips my hair getting much better than before thank you so much ❤❤❤
Whats your haircutt??
Wolf cut hair
Use natural humectants like glycerine, honey, aloevera..... These are really very good for hydrating dry, frizzy hair❤❤❤
How do you use it?
what's her haircut?
Qn 1:if i use hair oil twice a week,,then i have to shampoo twice a week..then if i use hair mask once a week then i have to shampoo thrice a week...is it ok to shampoo thrice?
Qn 2: if i have oily scalp should i put oil twice a week?
3:what should be used instead of oil,,
Step 1 = You have money
Step 2 = Don't Forget Step 1
You don't have yo buy the same deep conditioner she bought...hair oils like sweet almond oil can easily be bought from the drug store for less than 10 dollars
@@iateyursandwiches Yes you are right.👍
You can use oils out of your kitchen- olive oil, coconut oil, I use grape seed- whatever works best for your hair. You don’t need to do this much this often & you don’t need to buy expensive product.
Your beauty wins 🥺🥺
You're glorious
your hair is so beautiful
