Because Corvettes where considered a rich mans car back in the 60s and 70s so no one chose them to hotrod, they were more of a road race car. GM didn't mass produce them like they did say Nova's and Camaro's. Also they are heavy so people generally don't use them for drag racing. The older 60s Vettes are highly collectable and bring big $$.
I'm with you... they are out of scale and make the car look like a HotWheels machine ! Give me an old school blower anytime those big table top landing pads gotta go ! Lots of wicked machines though.... the underhood look is making a comeback 😉👍
