Truly a masterpiece! Spent 500+ hrs finishing practically everything on Death March with the Feline School gear, which basically turns the game into dark souls in terms of difficulty. But holy shit, even the dumbest side quest is filled with story and intrigue. There's rarely a game like this.
I chose this game when it became clear that we were going to be locked down for a VERY long time. I set it to the hardest difficulty, reduced the HUD so that it was as immersive as possible, and spent months and months being a hero (I played it using the choices that I would make in real-life) I can understand how some people feel it has helped them - because there's a Geralt inside most of us - and this game brings it out.
Witcher franchise is huge and special in every medium. The books(prequel for the games) ,the games and Netflix show. Now they are releasing an anime on the witcher which covers the life of Geralt(the main character) father figure and mentor. Which connects with the Netflix show. Witcher 3 is undeniably best game ever made. Every minor detail in the game is pure perfection. This game have left many players in tears. That's how emotionally it will make players invest themselves in the brutal dark world of the witcher. It's not a typical game. Every detail, every shot in the game tells a story. That's one of the truly special about the witcher. The world feels "alive and real".
I love this game. Who needs Netflix when you can live the stories yourself? I fully intend to play through everything again when the remaster comes out. Definitely do it, you will have so much fun

Absolutely love this and it is so big, that you exploring other quests and things which you missed for first time. If you like the game I would recommend read a books it is also amazing.
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames Yeah, the books should be first because then you can easily understand what is going on ( but it is not same, game is little different) but i also read books after i finished 3. game for second time :D
Gosh, i love that game! The world truly feels alive. One meets many side characters with their own story, and later down one may meet them again and see how things have gone for them. The world also actually changes over the course of the game due to political events. What used to be a free and lively city at first later on may be under military occupation, and then there is a completely different mood in the place. Similar things happen a lot also e.g. with the weather. The whole game is incredibly immersive.
I have the newest Oculus headset and I'll tell you right now playing virtual reality for the first time you will NEVER want to leave EVER!!! Not only are the games completely 3d you can also walk around in game they're amazing!!
700hours played... and stil comes back to it atleast once a year... played through it 4times and enjoy it everytime. reached level 100.. and now back again starting from 0 again :)
Damn, witcher 3 is really one of those games that still remain relevant for such a long time. Some ppl may think its overrated but idc its a great masterpiece in and of itself. I would like to recommend disco elysium the final cut for a reaction, its a great game with a really interesting story. Great vid as always, keep it up!
The game...from the Wild Hunt through the DLC's "Heart of Stone" and "Blood and Wine" are almost unique in game play in that the story, although malleable depending on what you do or do not accomplish has a specific beginning, middle and end. It's not a random bounce from quest to quest but avoids being a purely linear story you have to follow. And the most charming part to me is that at the end of the trilogy, Geralt doesn't end up King of Creation or God of Blood...he gets to retire...acquires a vinyard and a home, settles down with his lady love to live in a really nice home with gardens and wine cellars, acquires a cook (if he accomplishes a certain quest!), gets a stable for Roach and a butler...and his own private vintage wine. The whole vibe is different from most games...he doesn't have to become a Saint or a Monster...he even gets his own coat of arms. There's even a "trailer" that came out on the 10th Anniversary of the game where you get a glimpse of his HOME. th-cam.com/video/zgqz8Je7P0s/w-d-xo.html
One point...you see Geralt riding along with a monster's head or body part slung off the left side of his saddle. In his "profession" he is hired to kill monsters...and the people who hand him coin expect some sort of proof that the dragon/siren/troll/whatever has actually been killed. In the trailer "A Night to Remember" near the end you see him pull a hook off his belt..Witcher's carry this implement to pick up a remnant of their kill...you don't want to be grabbing a handful of zombie body parts. However in many cases the game actually gives slight bonuses for having that remnant slung on your saddle. And the "trophy" isn't always a piece of dead monster...There is a rather impressive shield you can acquire in the Blood and Wine DLC and hang on Roach's flank that gives you bonus experience for taking out monsters or humans and a bonus to the gold you earn. A certain monster might give you a 5% increase in experience points, while a different monster trophy might give you an increased chance to dismember a foe, an advantage in combat. The trophies serve a game purpose...not just a "gross out" factor. One trophy from the Hearts of Stone DLC is a prize for non violent contests at a wedding party and gives you a 15% increase in gold...it's a woven peasant item "The King of Swineherd's Crown."
Witcher 3 too helped me through a bad time! Played it during lockdown last year and honestly I enjoyed being in lockdown and having so much time to play this game. It's a god damn masterpiece.
Another one? We reacted to Stalker 2 here th-cam.com/video/WPr9nZG1w1A/w-d-xo.html and you can find the time stamps in the description of video to see it faster 🥳🥳
I think what I love the most are the characters. They're all so charming and unique, the dialogue can be humorous at times or down right bring you near tears with some of the tragedy stories. Even run of the mill NPCs you meet one time for a quest can leave an impression. There's no shortage of quests that will get you hooked into the world itself that CDPR has built.
Absolute masterpiece, currently on my 4th play through. PC was the definitive option but decided to reply on PS5 (PS4). Love this game, and cannot wait for W4!
You should also add The Last of Us, The Last of Us Part 2, Detroit Become Human, Red Dead Redemption 2, and Ghost of Tsushima to that list of must-play games :)
They should also add Deus Ex. I wish more people recommended it. I they said it’s on their list but it seems so forgotten. But then again it’s not really a popular game so not surprising.
I love Witcher 3 and I’ve always called it an adult Legend of Zelda because it’s kinda like LOZ but more adult oriented, I hope I’m not the only one that sees it like that though haha! It’s such a fantastic game though, I bought the Game of the year edition for £20 back in 2017 or 18 and I’ve never looked back!

I finished replaying Witcher 3 not long ago again, with the 2 expansions, it's certainly something that kept me sane and escape not such a great reality. Great reaction guys! I love The Witcher 3, it's a majestic game that goes straight in my olympus of videogames, alongside another one (or i should say a trilogy): Mass Effect. And there is my new suggestion for the triple trailer tuesday: Mass Effect PC Launch Trailer, Mass Effect 2 : Cinematic Trailer and Mass Effect 3 - Take Back Earth Full Cinematic trailer. The first one is a little old, but it's good enough ^^. This trilogy is truly a sci-fi masterpiece that everyone should play. Also, in this regard, if you want to have a little extra, there is the trailer for the remaster that recently came out (and that you two should totally play IMO): Mass Effect™ Legendary Edition Official Reveal Trailer (4K)
Mass Effect is definitely one we have been meaning to get to. Maybe Triple Trailer Tuesday is way to go 🤔 Something to think about and we appreciate the suggestion 😃
Witcher 3 is my favourite game of all time , never experienced something like that. And about that funny dialogue you've seen with the vampire... you should check some video with the funniest dialogues in TW3, there is a lot of them haha
I usually don't comment but I wanted to recommend Until Dawn trailer and you guys should do a playthrough. It's a very unique and different horror game where every single choice you make can affect your future in a certain way, from start to finish. It's probably one of the best interactive game as well, very cinematic and movie like, plus the graphics are great. Other than that keep up the good work, loving the reactions : ) Have a nice day!
Thanks so much for the suggestion! We actually do have that one on our list but didn’t know much about it so appreciate you filling us in. Definitely sounds interesting 😃
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames No problem, I'll be waiting for Until Dawn, and will love if you guys would do a playthrough if possible. I also don't recommend looking it up if you're going to play, amazing game. Keep up the good work : )
i played this 2 times there are 3 endings so i might play again but its worth every penny you get a incredible amount of play time out of it as its a massive world filled with contracts and missions some as simple searching for someone like a child or even the mission can start when you stumble into a situation and not things arnt always straight forward and even though you slay monsters not all of them are evil same with humans though most you encounter are evil as its a medieval society where many have become cold and brutal from constant war and death. also combat is amazing its very tactical especialy when your facing a monster you brew potions and set traps like your preparing the fight to go like a play.
my advice If you can wait till enhanced edition comes in. It ahould be in end of this year. First impresion can be done only once and this game deserves it
So The Witcher is a game trilogy that is based on a successful polan book series and (if I’m not mistaken) the games are a continuation (someone correct me please ) if think it would be much better reading them first.
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames No... The books are the first. We dont have a lot of exact time dates . But Ciri in the first book is 9 and in the last book is 17 - In the third game Ciri is 21 (?) . We dont have anything exact . About Geralt's age - some say 65-70 , some say around 80-90. Vezemir is around 200 (?) . The games are supposed to be a Sequel to the books - but in the past the author and CDPR had some rights issues so the game's werent considered canon. Looks like the author and CDPR are in good terms now and the games are canon. Also there should be a new game in the works. A prequel.

yeah, a lot of stuff promised or shown in this trailer that did not made it in... for example, the wildlife does not dynamically change their battle tactics to the time of day or there is not as much wildlife around as this trailer would make it seem, although there is a little. So always be a bit weary in what is promised before the actual release. That being said, this is still a fantastic game you should have played at least once in your life. Witcher 3 deserves a Subscribe 👍🏼 this and you mentioned RDR2 😁 The best games I ever played. Time consuming, but the stories are two of the best, to me!
Guys, all that is true, but what is most important, is a plot and fully shaped, human-hearted characters you get used to live with and miss later on. W3 is a masterpiece on so many levels!
Its not really a remaster. Its a little graphics buff for the Consols and PC with a little better graphics and a little new content. And because its CDPR, its free for everybody who owns the base game

I can understand how some people feel it has helped them - because there's a Geralt inside most of us - and this game brings it out.
☺️ good choice for the lockdown
The DLC's for this game are awesome! I love Hearts of Stone, but Blood and Wine is absolutely incredible!
Great names for DLC as well 😃🤩
Witcher franchise is huge and special in every medium.
😎🤩
Luke Ritson has a fan made video called "The Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt - Alternative Launch Trailer". I definitely recommend watching it.
Interesting 🤔 we will try and check it out at some point 🙃
Love the video excited to see more reactions in the future. also you should react to the evolution of Damon Baird gears of war. Much love to you 🎉
Will add it to our Gears of War list 🙂
The worst thing about The Wither 3 is when you've done everything and the game ends.
🥲
Devil may cry 5 Trailer Reaction
Franchise is on our list to get to eventually 😊
I love this game. Who needs Netflix when you can live the stories yourself? I fully intend to play through everything again when the remaster comes out. Definitely do it, you will have so much fun
We are in 😁
I abslolutely love this game. I played 1. part when i was 8 years old. Then I played 2. part for 4 times and 3. part i played for 2 times. I have over 1000 hours at part 3. Absolutely love this and it is so big, that you exploring other quests and things which you missed for first time. If you like the game I would recommend read a books it is also amazing.
We will probably start with game but books aren’t out of the question 😃
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames Yeah, the books should be first because then you can easily understand what is going on ( but it is not same, game is little different) but i also read books after i finished 3. game for second time :D
Yayyyy more Witcher!!!
😁🥳
Gosh, i love that game! The world truly feels alive. One meets many side characters with their own story, and later down one may meet them again and see how things have gone for them.
The world also actually changes over the course of the game due to political events. What used to be a free and lively city at first later on may be under military occupation, and then there is a completely different mood in the place.
Similar things happen a lot also e.g. with the weather. The whole game is incredibly immersive.
🤩😍
I have the newest Oculus headset and I'll tell you right now playing virtual reality for the first time you will NEVER want to leave EVER!!! Not only are the games completely 3d you can also walk around in game they're amazing!!
😯🤯
700hours played... and stil comes back to it atleast once a year... played through it 4times and enjoy it everytime. reached level 100.. and now back again starting from 0 again :)
☺️🤩
Damn, witcher 3 is really one of those games that still remain relevant for such a long time. Some ppl may think its overrated but idc its a great masterpiece in and of itself. I would like to recommend disco elysium the final cut for a reaction, its a great game with a really interesting story. Great vid as always, keep it up!
We have not heard anyone call it overrated yet and we’ve done several of these vids on it 😎🤟 Seems like just an amazing game and experience
The music alone has calmed my spirt so many times...some of the best in any game ever.
☺️
Slavic Polish folk i love that
One of the best games I’ve ever played. Truly a masterpiece … great vid y’all !
☺️😎
It's all about story an choses you make , and paths off-road adventures you can take. )))
😎🤟🤩
The only game that got a sequel, but they call it a DLC.
THE design is amazing - it feels like home like everything looks so much like the place we live in!! amazing game!
🤩🙂
Its the only game ive completed in its entirety. If I could retire in a videogame this would be top 5
Oh good question. Never heard it phrased that way “retire in a game”. Hmmm. Not sure what we’d choose 🤔😃🤗
Witcher 3 too helped me through a bad time! Played it during lockdown last year and honestly I enjoyed being in lockdown and having so much time to play this game. It's a god damn masterpiece.
Some others have said it was their go to game for lockdown 😎🥳🥂
Guys you still have a STALKER 2 trailer to react to haha;)
Another one? We reacted to Stalker 2 here th-cam.com/video/WPr9nZG1w1A/w-d-xo.html and you can find the time stamps in the description of video to see it faster 🥳🥳
I think what I love the most are the characters. They're all so charming and unique, the dialogue can be humorous at times or down right bring you near tears with some of the tragedy stories. Even run of the mill NPCs you meet one time for a quest can leave an impression. There's no shortage of quests that will get you hooked into the world itself that CDPR has built.
☺️🤩
There's a trailer out for a new witcher anime on Netflix
Wow they have anime and live action on Netflix 😯
witcher 3 is just the best game that the world can create
☺️🤩
Absolute masterpiece, currently on my 4th play through. PC was the definitive option but decided to reply on PS5 (PS4). Love this game, and cannot wait for W4!
You should also add The Last of Us, The Last of Us Part 2, Detroit Become Human, Red Dead Redemption 2, and Ghost of Tsushima to that list of must-play games :)
They should also add Deus Ex. I wish more people recommended it. I they said it’s on their list but it seems so forgotten. But then again it’s not really a popular game so not surprising.
Sooo much to add and play 😅 Looking forward to it 😁
I love Witcher 3 and I’ve always called it an adult Legend of Zelda because it’s kinda like LOZ but more adult oriented, I hope I’m not the only one that sees it like that though haha! It’s such a fantastic game though, I bought the Game of the year edition for £20 back in 2017 or 18 and I’ve never looked back!
Like the adult Legend of Zelda parallel 😁
If you haven't played Witcher 2, I would certainly recommend starting from that. From there, you will absolutely adore Witcher 3. I finished replaying Witcher 3 not long ago again, with the 2 expansions, it's certainly something that kept me sane and escape not such a great reality. Both times I finished playing the game, I felt like something important ended in my life. Like I just said goodbye to some friends, who I shared adventures with
☺️🤗
You'll love Witcher 3, ken. Its a story you can sink yourself into 😊
Sign us up! 😃
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames I've already completed the game too many times to count. I won't give anything away because i want you two to be surprised when you play it. Hopefully you'll give it a try too, Beth. Myself, I'm playing Vahalla again. Definitely enjoying this Assassin's Creed.
Optimisation of this game blew me out of the water. I was sure that my PC was supposed to barely crawl it on minimum settings - well surprise-surprise, it went bloody FLYING on settings actually above average.
😎🤩
I hate the TH-cam algorithm.
Man, I missed a loot of your videos 🙁🙁🙁🙁
Anyways it's always good to see you two again ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️
Oh no! Sorry to hear 😢 Hopefully you are subscribed and what not and you can always check out our schedules on our channel or IG page for the week. Basically every Monday-Friday we release a vid 🙂
And what's amazing about this trailer is that everything they showed and said are true. They are not lying.
😀🤩🥳
This is one of the best rpg game ever made. Greetings from Poland.
On our bucket list to play for sure 😃
If you guys did not play the witcher 3, it is THE game you need to play, for sure one of the greatest games, great open world, interesting story / quests, great characters, for sure a must play. I saw your ac valhalla video, dunno if you're big on games but you should for sure try this game.
We both played video games growing up and have dabbled here and there together with Kingdom Hearts, Resident Evil and others. But we are getting into gaming more now with this channel and plan to share our gameplay live with everyone on here as well at some point 😊
This game is SO BIG, sometimes people are still founding little details here and there...
😯☺️
I have probably thousands of hours in W3 (thanks to all choices and endings)...and bought it three times :P Best game ever!
It seems truly special 🤩
Nice vid suggestion 😃
my favorite game and the best game they ever made.. Imo.. :) .I played this game start to end 3 times .. waiting for the new Dlc for 4th try..
Oh damn 😯😎🤟
nice reaction, guys for the best game!
Another one of the best games ever.
Another in our bucket list 😁
oh shoot I’m early
want some beer🌝🌝🍻
Always 😉
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames 🌝🌝
Keep up the good work : )
The Witcher 3 is the best game ever made , the game is awesome , nice reaction video !!
Thanks! 😊🤗
I don't even have to tell you how good this 'Book/Game/Netflix series" is , you already know by watching this trailer :P
Yup 🤩
i played this 2 times there are 3 endings so i might play again but its worth every penny you get a incredible amount of play time out of it as its a massive world filled with contracts and missions some as simple searching for someone like a child or even the mission can start when you stumble into a situation and not things arnt always straight forward and even though you slay monsters not all of them are evil same with humans though most you encounter are evil as its a medieval society where many have become cold and brutal from constant war and death. also combat is amazing its very tactical especialy when your facing a monster you brew potions and set traps like your preparing the fight to go like a play.
Sounds amazing 😃🤩
Polish games are the best !!!
😎🤟
Assassins Creed meets Resident Evil... I'm Dying XD
Haha yeah that’s obviously our simplistic way of describing a gaming classic like this. Always tough when you pull out “comparisons” 🙃🤗
Reflecting your after video talk, you should probably try the Ready Palyer One book or at least the movie.
We saw movie and really liked it 😃
my advice If you can wait till enhanced edition comes in. It ahould be in end of this year. First impresion can be done only once and this game deserves it
Great advice and we will take that advice 😃
So The Witcher is a game trilogy that is based on a successful polan book series and (if I’m not mistaken) the games are a continuation (someone correct me please ) if think it would be much better reading them first.
Believe someone said this game is prequel to books 🤔
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames Nope, books were first :D
A prequel.
3 times through with dlcs. Last time like year ago I felt sad bc I won't go back anymore. Still best "higher vampire" "is it 1358?" "no" "then fuck off"
Yeah that was a great line 😂
II would pay gold to make my memory erase and be able to taste this pearl again .... 😪.
We look forward to experiencing it for the first time ☺️🤩
The game has been out since 2015.
(I love Roach,Geralt's horse.)
😎🤟
It's one of the best games I played, and has over 40 endings
Whoa?! Didn’t realize it was that many endings 😯
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames It has actually 3 main endings, but there are different endings in besides quests which depends on your decisions.
Did you guys play this? I would love to watch yer reaction guys.
Not yet. We plan to. Right now we are watching Witcher 1 cutscenes and then eventually Witcher 2 so we can get a decent based knowledge for Witcher 3 when playing 🙂
Witcher 3 was truly a masterpiece and the netflix series catches this game pretty well.
😎🤗🤩
Small heads up EA play is today so brand new trailers (and Battlefield gameplay) is shown today
Nice! thanks for the heads up. We are out of the loop on these things but are learning 😊🤗
I highly recommend to read the books of Andrzej Sapkowski. The witcher books are soo damn good. I Played the game first and through a friend of mine i found out about the books. And its worth all the time you need to read it
Thanks for recommendation 😃
hard to find another game like THE WITCHER 3.
Beware, once you start.... you are hooked :-)
Sounds good to us 😁
This game is so great i actually started a new run again 😂
😎🤟 let’s us know how it goes 🥳
did you play this game already?
Not yet 😅 we keep delaying it because ewe want to play it on a stream but then it seems daunting because of how long it takes. But we’ve waited this long so what’s a little bit more 🤗
Add Detroit : Become Human to your list of games to play! Its a story driven game with a lot of choices
We’ve heard about that one and definitely plan on checking it out 😃
man i wish i could forget everything about this game to play it again
☺️
yeah, a lot of stuff promised or shown in this trailer that did not made it in... for example, the wildlife does not dynamically change their battle tactics to the time of day or there is not as much wildlife around as this trailer would make it seem, although there is a little. So always be a bit weary in what is promised before the actual release. That being said, this is still a fantastic game you should have played at least once in your life. I play video games some 15 plus years or so and this was without a doubt one of the best I played, Top 10 definitely, maybe even Top 5.
😎🤟
Witcher 3 deserves a Subscribe 👍🏼 this and you mentioned RDR2 😁 The best games I ever played. Time consuming, but the stories are two of the best, to me!
Welcome! 🥳🥳🥂 Can’t wait to play both of those classics 😁
It's highly story based, easily my top 3 all time
We’ve heard many say similar 🤩
Okay. I have played this game so many times already and after watching this...... I think it is time for another one. lol
😂 Go for it! 🥳🥳
Guys, all that is true, but what is most important, is a plot and fully shaped, human-hearted characters you get used to live with and miss later on. W3 is a masterpiece on so many levels!
☺️ well said 👏
1. Play the game.
2. Read the books.
3. Play the game again catching all the fanservice ^^
😎🤟
7:30 it is already a thing. Try Skyrim-VR
Cool beans. Loved that game. Didn’t realize it was VR 🤩
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames Originally it is not. VR version came out later. And it is a mind blowing experience.
Dead space is also a great horror game EA just announced the remake yesterday
😃🥳
Loved all 3 games, but 3 is the masterpiece
😎🤟🤩
Its not really a remaster. Its a little graphics buff for the Consols and PC with a little better graphics and a little new content. And because its CDPR, its free for everybody who owns the base game
Ah okay. 🙂
This is the first time I hear about a remaster version of The Witcher 3.
🥳🥳 It’s legit www.google.com/amp/s/collider.com/witcher-3-ps5-upgrade-release-date/amp/ and there was another announcement this month that the game is going to tie into the Netflix series now as well 😯
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames I think they meant that Geralt (the hero) resembles Henry Cavill's Netflix version - probably an optional choice.
Have you watched the witcher Netflix show? I thought season 1 was pretty good
We tried to get into it but as our first experience of Witcher it was hard for us. Maybe after playing the game we could although we heard it’s closer to the books 🙃🤗
you guys wont regret playing this game
We believe it 🤩
you really need to see Skyrim. OMG. you gonna love it. :D
Played Skyrim and it was great 😁. But yes we wouldn’t mind revisiting it 🤩
this is a hilarious trailer in some part to be honest
😊
