It is called a Turns Pro. It is awesome! You can change the time it takes for one rotation from 20 seconds to 10 hours (not 100% on the exact min and max time but I know the order of magnitude it right). I have a video on it coming soon. Here is the site: www.turnspro.com/
I have a Nikon D7100 which I have used a ton. Over the last year I have switched to shooting most of my videos on a Sony RX100V. I find the auto focus makes shooting a lot faster
