Vortex is played by Lance from Tangled (also played the Genie from Broadway Aladdin). This episode really develops Loona's character, which is awesome. When she said she was adopted in the pilot, it sounded more like Blitzo adopting a pet. But it really is a lot more like a father-daughter (Loona comes so close to saying "Dad" in the hallway). Just a terrific series.

The biggest thing that bothers me about this episode is that you clearly see Verosika drink the entire flask yet when it's thrown there's somehow liquid inside

The process of leaving Hell for the human world is likely a slow process so getting a human disguise would take a while. Since imps are the lowest denizens of Hell, this process could probably take longer since imps don't really have any business in the human world like say, succubi and incubi who encourage the sin of lust on behalf of the lust prince (whether that's exact or not is unknown but they clearly have some higher up giving them to okay to travel as they please*). Since IMP is an assassin business, they'd probably be asked how they plan to get to the human world. They're illegally using Stolas' grimoire which could get all five of them in big trouble. The only reason IMP has gotten away with not having human disguises is that they leave no witnesses. I wonder if they're going to slip up one day and have to get human disguises, even if only for a little while. *I think the only reason succubi and incubi wait until times like Spring Break is because it's easier to find a bunch of horny people in one place rather than keep traveling and finding only a few people each time
I like that in this episode they showed Luna having an interest in a guy because you don't really see her type of emo girl in to guys very often so it's a nice change of pace it's one of those don't judge a book by its cover moments if you think about it

It seems very interesting this episode spark the moment of having details in the show. There is a little moment of humans with chest surgery as only two humans have it and then next time humans may grow more in future episodes. Who knows, we may see human Blitz, Millie, and Moxxie for future episodes.

Funny enough, Christina Vee's not the only surprise new actor this ep. Vortex is played by the Lafayette/Jefferson actor in Hamilton! Not the original, but still. He's also the voice of Taurus Bulba in the Ducktales reboot. Who'd expect him to get overshadowed so badly?

It seems very interesting this episode spark the moment of having details in the show. There is a little moment of humans with chest surgery as only two humans have it and then next time humans may grow more in future episodes. Who knows, we may see human Blitz, Millie, and Moxxie for future episodes.
Christina Vee has really good range, she was Monaca from Ultra Despair Girls and she sounded so evil there.
