I love how Millie doesn't question, berate, or even mention Moxxie's being drunk. She knows what happened and knows what she needs to do to make sure he is safe. This is a refreshing contrast to how a lot of other shows deal with drunk people or those who are in danger. No monologue, just efficient action.

I really like Vortex's characterization. They could have easily made him make fun of Luna or blow her off completely but to him she's like a lonely puppy (especially after she said "I wish I had friends") and so he invites her to hang with him and his girlfriend. He's really sweet. Also, Loona didn't die, she's a Hellhound, so like Stolas' daughter and Charlie, she was one of the ones who were born down there.
I really shout out to this show for having more diversity in one episode than some shows have in all their seasons along with calling out the furries in the same episode we stan.

I don’t know why, but this was my most favorite Helluva Boss episode of Season 1. Not just because of Blitzo and Loona’s father/daughter relationship and Drunk Moxxie, but for something else… I just can’t tell what it is. 😅 But seriously, when we saw Drunk Moxxie, it was like Invader ZIM was drunk as well.

Loona isn’t a sinner! All of the characters in this episode are HellSpawn- meaning they were born in hell. Loona is a Hellhound, as is Vortex. Blitz, Moxxie, and Millie are Imps. Verosika and her friends are succubi. You come to find out more about Loona’s past in season 2! :) Also Verosika is such a good character. Cristina Vee did an excellent job making her sound sexy when singing which is such a turnaround from her usually kid friendly roles haha!
One thing to know that isn’t really explained in the show is that Loona and the imps never died. There are two types of demon in Helluva Boss/ Hazbin Hotel: Sinners and Hellborn. Sinners are the souls of humans who died and were sent to hell. Hellborn demons include imps, hellhounds, and succubi/inccubi. They’re natives of Hell.
That 4th wall break was easily the best part of the episode for me. No doubt it was aimed at the "furry" fans that lusted over Loona at the start of the series.
So a little fact: Loona, and our main trio didn't die. Hellhounds and imps are born in hell, while demons like that one teacher in episode 1 died, and didn't become a kid again, and turned into a weird pink demon instead of a imp like Blitz, Millie and Moxxie
I knew she'd warm up to new Millie. I said in the last reaction that it took the cast a good 3 episodes to really nail their characters and voices. It's one of the reasons why this is my favorite episode of Season 1.

Loved the video, you mentioned when you found out that blitz adopted loona; why she died when she was almost 18. So imps and Hellhounds are different from the human sinners they were born in hell. And there’s a crazy social class difference with people like Stolas, or Charlie at the top with imps and hell hounds at the bottom.

I love all the designs for the lesser sucu/incubuses even if they dont get a lot of focus. Fun fact 2 of the guys are implied to be in a relationship wich will be shown in a later episode. And the two girls hugging when the cops show up at the end are confirmed to be in a relationship. Such nice details given to such minor characters.

I believed that this episode was centered around Loona due to a number of reasons seen from this episode. I actually found humor of Moxxie being drunk. And since there are many different kinds of demons in Hell, Verosika is a succubus.

I love Blitzø’s voice actor, he has his own TH-cam channel and I’ve watched him for years, he makes a bunch of videos just as chaotic and funny as the show, I was so happy when I saw he was the voice actor for Blitzø (His name is Brandon Rogers)

My favourite little trivia of this episode is that that absolute banger of a song at the start and in the end credit is made by Lyle "Rath" Burruss, this show has a crazy number of people involved in it, it's menthal... and the biggest and craziest one is yet to be "delivered".
Funny enough, James Monroe Iglehart who is in this episode also played the genie from Aladdin on broadway and Lance Strongbow in tangled the series, and many more. Always fun to hear some familiar voices in cartoon shows.
A few quick things to clear a couple of facts up without mentioning any spoilers. 1. Habzin Hotel is mostly about sinners. Helluva Boss however, focusses primarily on the hellborn denizens. Only I.M.P's clients are usually sinners who knew other people topside (the human world). 2. There is a strict hierarchy in hell. Imps are considered to be the lowest of the lowest species, even ranked lower than sinners. They don't have any magic abilities so they don't have a human disguise either. Imps aren't supposed to go topside at all so yea... they're running a highly illegal killing business. It's thanks to Stolas that they get the use grimoire at all. Loona is a hellhound and they DO have magic to some extend. That's why she makes the portals with the Grimoire/the book and can disguise herself as a human. 3. Nothing really happens if they kill off humans that aren't on the hit list. Blitzo just wants the money from his clients so they had to make sure to at least get rid of those people. xD
So, just to give some lore of the situation, in Helluva Boss/ Hazbin Hotel hell there are 2 types of people the Sinners and the Demons. The Sinner are people who died and ended up in hell and the demons were born in hell. In the video you asked how Luna died, she did not, she was born there. Most of the characters of Helluva Boss were (not counting there clients), as a rule any demon that fits in a category is a demon not a Sinner (Imps, Succubus, Hellhounds, etc.). Just to be clear all royalty are demons, to my knowledge the only Sinner that get close to be as powerful as royalty is the Radio Demons Alastor os Hazbin Hotel. Hope that this helps.
Idk if you later figured this out, but to answer your question, Loona didn't die. All the major characters in HB are "Hellborn(e?)". "Sinners" are the ones that died, most of which show up in HB as clients for I.M.P. All the major characters besides Charlie in HH are Sinners as well. You can kinda tell if someone is Hellborne by if they have an established species. Imps, Hellhounds, and Sucubi for example are all born in hell.
The imps and Hellhounds like Luna and other Demons are different from 'Sinners', they're naturally born in hell, and stay dead when killed. Sinners are mortals that come to hell, and restricted to one section of hell normally. They come back when killed, but can be killed permanently by angelic weapons, which is where The Purge comes in in Hazbin Hotel, every year Angels come down and kill a bunch of Sinners permanently to deal with overcrowding in Hell.
You should definitely listen to the full "Mustang Dong" song from the very start of this episode. It's short but really funny. It honestly wouldn't even need to be a full reaction since it's so short. Just a decent song.

Sinners are the souls of humans who died and were sent to hell. Hellborn demons include imps, hellhounds, and succubi/inccubi. They’re natives of Hell.
That 4th wall break was easily the best part of the episode for me. No doubt it was aimed at the "furry" fans that lusted over Loona at the start of the series.

Moxxie giving Millie the high five instead of taking her hand was so funny I literally bursted out laughing.
Also where she chews him out for constantly hovering over her when she's 22, and Blitzo actually doing some growth and backing off.
So a little fact: Loona, and our main trio didn't die. Hellhounds and imps are born in hell, while demons like that one teacher in episode 1 died, and didn't become a kid again, and turned into a weird pink demon instead of a imp like Blitz, Millie and Moxxie

I knew she'd warm up to new Millie. I said in the last reaction that it took the cast a good 3 episodes to really nail their characters and voices. It's one of the reasons why this is my favorite episode of Season 1.

Verosika's design is inspired by Electra Heart by Marina, which i think is cool. You can even find a comment from Vivzie under one of Marina's songs on youtube.
Loved the video, you mentioned when you found out that blitz adopted loona; why she died when she was almost 18. So imps and Hellhounds are different from the human sinners they were born in hell. And there’s a crazy social class difference with people like Stolas, or Charlie at the top with imps and hell hounds at the bottom.

Fun Fact: Two of the background succubi in this episode, Apple (the blonde in overalls), and Coco (the one with the afro) are girlfriends. You can see them towards the end holding hands as they walk off with Verosika and hugging each other when they are caught by the cops.

I love all the designs for the lesser sucu/incubuses even if they dont get a lot of focus. Fun fact 2 of the guys are implied to be in a relationship wich will be shown in a later episode. And the two girls hugging when the cops show up at the end are confirmed to be in a relationship. Such nice details given to such minor characters.

Oh, sorry wrong actress wrong idea wrong though. So Verosika is voice by Cristina Vee, who is apparently Ladybug from Miraculous Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir. Which is a thing. She's also Sailor mars if that amuses people!
It only gets better. Not only do the stories get better, The more you learn about the main characters, the more fun they all are.
Honestly, succubus and incubus is a probably one of the scariest types of supernatural entities, especially when you read about some of the actual lore behind them 😂
Tbh helluva boss and hazbin hotel (along other things) has made me pretty interested I demons- one of these days imma have to look some stuff up about different types (including succubus and incubus)

I believed that this episode was centered around Loona due to a number of reasons seen from this episode. I actually found humor of Moxxie being drunk. And since there are many different kinds of demons in Hell, Verosika is a succubus.
I noticed something, Millie is kind of the western girl, and when she fought the monster, there was a western music (cowboy style) so cool
Cristina Vee as Verosika is quite jarring given her reputation in anime voice work and non-anime like Miraculous Ladybug.

I love Blitzø’s voice actor, he has his own TH-cam channel and I’ve watched him for years, he makes a bunch of videos just as chaotic and funny as the show, I was so happy when I saw he was the voice actor for Blitzø (His name is Brandon Rogers)

so just want to put this out there so people aren't confused about the characters and where they come from: so the imps, the succubi and incubi, and hellhounds (Loona and Vortex) are all Hell-born. meaning they didn't originally come from Earth and die. they are the original residents of Hell. the sinners are there own thing.

Did you know that Loona is voiced by Erica Lindbeck, the same voice actress who voices Emira Blight on The Owl House?
My favourite little trivia of this episode is that that absolute banger of a song at the start and in the end credit is made by Lyle "Rath" Burruss, this show has a crazy number of people involved in it, it's menthal... and the biggest and craziest one is yet to be "delivered".
Funny enough, James Monroe Iglehart who is in this episode also played the genie from Aladdin on broadway and Lance Strongbow in tangled the series, and many more. Always fun to hear some familiar voices in cartoon shows.

One of my favorite episodes in the season 1!
A few quick things to clear a couple of facts up without mentioning any spoilers.
1. Habzin Hotel is mostly about sinners. Helluva Boss however, focusses primarily on the hellborn denizens. Only I.M.P's clients are usually sinners who knew other people topside (the human world).
2. There is a strict hierarchy in hell. Imps are considered to be the lowest of the lowest species, even ranked lower than sinners. They don't have any magic abilities so they don't have a human disguise either. Imps aren't supposed to go topside at all so yea... they're running a highly illegal killing business. It's thanks to Stolas that they get the use grimoire at all. Loona is a hellhound and they DO have magic to some extend. That's why she makes the portals with the Grimoire/the book and can disguise herself as a human.
3. Nothing really happens if they kill off humans that aren't on the hit list. Blitzo just wants the money from his clients so they had to make sure to at least get rid of those people. xD

So, just to give some lore of the situation, in Helluva Boss/ Hazbin Hotel hell there are 2 types of people the Sinners and the Demons. The Sinner are people who died and ended up in hell and the demons were born in hell.
In the video you asked how Luna died, she did not, she was born there. Most of the characters of Helluva Boss were (not counting there clients), as a rule any demon that fits in a category is a demon not a Sinner (Imps, Succubus, Hellhounds, etc.). Just to be clear all royalty are demons, to my knowledge the only Sinner that get close to be as powerful as royalty is the Radio Demons Alastor os Hazbin Hotel.

Idk if you later figured this out, but to answer your question, Loona didn't die. All the major characters in HB are "Hellborn(e?)".
"Sinners" are the ones that died, most of which show up in HB as clients for I.M.P. All the major characters besides Charlie in HH are Sinners as well.
You can kinda tell if someone is Hellborne by if they have an established species. Imps, Hellhounds, and Sucubi for example are all born in hell.
The imps and Hellhounds like Luna and other Demons are different from 'Sinners', they're naturally born in hell, and stay dead when killed. Sinners are mortals that come to hell, and restricted to one section of hell normally. They come back when killed, but can be killed permanently by angelic weapons, which is where The Purge comes in in Hazbin Hotel, every year Angels come down and kill a bunch of Sinners permanently to deal with overcrowding in Hell.
