You’ve built a one off badass boat. The casting platform is a must. No details skipped on this build, very very nice. The biggest benefit is there is nothing on the boat that your aren’t intimately familiar with. You know how and where to access every critical piece of wire, fuel lines and adapters. Not to mention if you ever care to sale it you will get top dollar. It’s top level build with some really nice features and an all around fishermen friendly vessel.
Cool, very cool. Well done. I have a Gazelle that I’m going to turn into a centre console. I love your layout. I have a marine business so I will be using all composite materials. Good to see this project.
This build is so freaking clean everything you need and nothing more it is honestly beautiful you did a great job perfect balance between aesthetics and functionality do you have great taste mate
Mate, what a bloody build you've done there! Thanks for sharing. Beautiful rig! Meticulous design. No builder is exempt from teething issues no matter how much r&d.
Stepped pod, way to go. I’ve just finished a 1400 hr rebuild on my Sharkcat, it takes a special kind of crazy in the head to undertake projects like this!.
Awesome build mate, love it! I’m doing up a boat myself & converting it to centre console aswell.. Planning everything out on a SketchUp type software sounds like the go. I can’t find a decent one thats doesn’t cost the earth, what program did you use?? if you don’t mind me asking..
Looks awesome. How long is your boat? Trying to work out if it is the pride 179 is the same a hill as pride pacemaker. I have been toying with the idea of converting my pride pacemaker into a centre console for a couple of years and now convinced! Well done
Amazing work boss man! Looks so good can tell you really took your time with it! Is your insta still working couldn't find you for some reason would love to see some of the earlier stages of the build

Cheers brother. Its was well thought out and i spent many hours getting it perfect and exactly how i wanted it. Cheers legend 🤙

Thanks mate. Same hull as mine then.
I also only used composite, combination of thermolite and Corelite.

Thanks mate! I was aiming for a practical clean build.
She’s a weapon mate, awesome job!

Thank you very much!
A great build. Meticulously executed. My project is a 16.5 ft. Lund fishing boat, but I appreciate any restoration, that is done beautifully.
That's a lot of power for a 19' fishing boat!
Really fine work. Congratulations.
Thank you very much!
absolutely gorgeous jonny! Just found this video, the Instagram photos of the build was awesome, this just shows that hard work paid off.
Thanks mate, can’t wait to see how yours finishes up!
a lot of clever features. You obviously planned everything out very well before paint. Very nice.
Surely did mate.
Cheers

give it some mate, looks like you had a good run out over the weekend.
I own a pride Montego man great boat I take it off shore tuna fishing down here in Melbourne she rides well that rebuild looks mint well done!
Great boat when you add a little extra weight
Just a question when you pulled the floor up what condition where the stringers in and where they timber stringers ?
These have no timber in the stringers mate.
Only a small bit in the bulkheads.
Nice so do you think all Montego have glass stringer ? Where they in good condition?
Good misses, double your budget, double the hard work hahahahahh. Looks good mate real good!!
Very smart design, very nice finish
Thank you! Cheers!
Just beautiful!🍻
Nice job mate!
Thank you! Cheers!
You say basic a lot, I say perfect 👌
Very nice job clean boat

Not sponsored.... mostly been by paid for, by the wife 🤣🏆
Sweet build... Perfection
Glad you like it!
Real nice work Brother.
Much appreciated
Bloody beautiful!
Thanks mate
Very nice mate, ive tried to find the rebuild pics on instagram but cant find your proflie🤷♂️
@pacemaker_concepts mate 👍
Awesome boat!! But no tie downs so you can get rid of that ugly strap holding it down.
Awesome work 👏🏽
Unbelievable, dream boat. Scared to know what all that cost.
Did all of it myself so half the price of purchasing one 😬
Great boat. Credit to you.
Thanks!
Awesome nice job!!!
Thank you! Cheers!
Very nice 👍
Thank you! Cheers!
Buddy goes into detail on a topic and then says "won't go into that"
Swaps for a 92 Hilux?
🤌🏾 awesome bruz

Nice work mate. Mine was all done on Autocad and Inventor mate
@@jonnypace4655 awesome man, thanks! Happy fishing!
Unbelievable rebuild mate!! How’d you attach the vinyl ester console to the poly? I’ve got the same console going into a v19
It is just tabbed in, inside and out, then faired and gel coated.
What fairing/torture board did you use, did you buy it locally in mackay?
@@christom1592 na i made my own mate. Its was 6mm HDPE so i could create a convex board. For flat surfaces just used a standard long board
Looks awesome. How long is your boat? Trying to work out if it is the pride 179 is the same a hill as pride pacemaker. I have been toying with the idea of converting my pride pacemaker into a centre console for a couple of years and now convinced!
Well done
It is 5.5m bow to transom. It is the V193 so it’s the next size up from the Pacemaker
Amazing work boss man! Looks so good can tell you really took your time with it! Is your insta still working couldn't find you for some reason would love to see some of the earlier stages of the build
Renamed to Pacemaker Concepts. Or search Jonny Pace
Hey mate how much did the carbine console set you back if you don’t mind me asking?
Hey mate, can’t exactly remember now, but was around $1k delivered I think. I modified the base quite a lot as they are just a flanged glue down type
Cheers mate👍
Hey mate, how's to raptor hold up with staining from fish blood?
It’s doesn’t hold stains mate. Bit of chlorine or dish washing liquid works good for dirt stains
@@jonnypace4655 thanks, doing my floor with it in a few weeks that was my only worry 👌
I wouldn’t use plain raptor as a non skid, add some sort of sand to give more grip. Do a few test pieces
@@jonnypace4655 yeah I have bought some non slip Additive for it. We've painted cars with it before, thought it would be perfect for the boat.
what type of gun did you use to spray the gelcoat ?
Just a standard 2.5mm HVLP spray gun mate
@@jonnypace4655 any thinning?
Yes about 5-10% styrene
Hallooo bos.....
