In this video Seapower does a fantastic job turning an old boat into a new boat. Not sure if I would consider this a complete boat restoration but it's def. amazing how Sea Power takes my old boat and turns it into what feels like a new boat!
SeaPower put on a new Evinrude G2 250 High Output eTec boat engine and 2 sets of controls. The 2nd set of Evinrude controls was put on the new boat tower built by Marine Welding Fabricators.
Marine Welding Fabricators built me a custom boat tower for my center console key largo 236
After the custom boat tower was put on SeaPower bottom painted my boat and then they slapped on the new 2020 Evinrude G2 250 HO outboard engine which looked so good!
After the Evinrude engine was put on the boat the electrics were done. This included a kicker marine audio system. The kicker marine audio sounds so good! A simrad evo 3 unit was also installed by SeaPower
I couldn't be happier how my old boat turned into a new boat! You gotta watch this and find some inspiration. The custom boat tower really makes fishing easier and the reliability of the Evinrude G2 engine is amazing.

So sorry about Evinrude dude. Hopefully they honor your warranty. I had two on order for my Calcutta when they announced they were shutting down.
yea i'm sure it'll be ok! Evinrude will still be around, just not their current outboards
South Florida Fishing Channel BRP is saying they are going to support the dealers, parts, warranties just killing off the outboard. I was really sold on it as well. If they had the counter rotating engine in stock I’d have them. Fall back to merc. Just two weeks away for my boat and then bringing it to the Key Largo. See you on the water.

I think what i like most about your boat, You did it YOUR way! You went Kicker when everyone else does JL Audio. You went Evinrude (even though they are out of business) when everyone else goes Yamaha or Mercury or Suzuki. The wrap looks great and what matters most is your upgrades work best for you. Pave your own path and do it your way! Congratulations.

Sweet upgrades for sure! That’s a fishing beast! I’m curious about the decision to go with a 2-stroke these days. I didn’t even know anyone made them anymore. 4-strokes came in to favor for reliability, quiet running, and no smoke. I’ll be curious how your Evinrude 2-stroke handles time.
