  • Clag rolled in for the first 2 Munros, Sgùrr na Ciste Duibhe and Sgùrr na Càrnach. It soon passed, offering fine views from Sgùrr Fhuaran, over the eastern cliffs and down to Loch Duich.

Magic Andy, great views. Brought back memories. I did the Brothers ridge along with the sisters. Hard going on a very warm day but the views up there are superb. The problem was no water on the ridge. Great watch again mate. Cheers.

Hi. I bet it was a tough day doing the brothers too, especially having to carry all the water, and with a long descent down to Morvich. I stayed up to watch the sunset after the eastern cliffs and had to use the head-torch down the final stretch. ATB, Andy.

Hi Paul. At one point I thought the clag might not lift, very glad it did. It turned into a lovely evening, with great light at sunset. Not sure about commentary yet, as I'm trying to keep them like virtual walks, though I may add a summary to the end at some point. Cheers, Andy.

Nothing but hills and grass for miles to see! how many hours was this kind of hike?

Hi Sevy, This one is about 15 km. It will take about 6-10 hours to walk it, depending on fitness and tea breaks. Cheers, Andy.
