Extorting money from tourist should be banned in India. There are lot of places in India where these kinds of goons take money from innocent people. Wondering why local authorities & govt allow such activities to happen. They took money as entry fee for graham panchayat, however what does panchayat does for people in India to maintain the local area. They don't have work that's it. When u r with ur family then you cannot even fight with them.
