I love the answer from the last man who wore the pink t-shirt. "fulfilled spiritually, faith, family, and friends." God created man to make him share in his own blessed life.

Money can buy you happiness, but it shouldn't be the only thing that brings happiness! You can retire with millions of dollars in your bank account, but you can't take it with you after you die. For example, I wrote a comment before that Elon Musk is so rich that he could afford to spend $44 billion on Twitter but even though he now owns it that didn't automatically make him happier. Meanwhile, while I wouldn't describe myself as poor, if I could make $44,000 a year I would be more financially stable than I currently am, which would provide me with more opportunities to enjoy life.

Maybe money doesn't buy happiness, but it DOES buy security. My broke ass can't eat happiness, nor will happiness resolve my current problem of being unhoused for over a year. I'm more than willing to be "unhappy" with a damned roof over my head.

Yeah money can buy happiness till it is satisfying your basic needs like food , home , education , medical bill etc imagine homeless person getting shelter and food it will exponentially increase his happiness and yes you should definitely earn that much which satisfy your needs ,
But problem arise when people become mad in chasing money, more money and break the laws , ethics , loosing their mental peace .remember human needs has limits but desires are limitless
Their is a concept called hedonist adaption, it states that no matter how great achievement ( like becoming president of usa ) or reward, you will notice sudden spike in happiness but after some time it will return to baseline and you desire to want more , like billionaires
In my opinion ,True happiness only comes from contribution to society, solving problems, inventing something new these all are higher pleasure stated by is j.s Stuart mill
Encourage everyone to follow philosophy of Stoicism

@@INDIANARMY-le4vg Indian Muslims bark too much sayin they are “Indian muslim” what is something to be proud/happy in it? India doesn’t even have clean & safe roads and people die due to hunger everyday plus malnutrition issues then I don’t understand why Indians are so proud of them being “Indian”? No offense but I simply can’t understand this.

Money doesn't buy happiness, but it does give you choices in your life and poverty certainly causes misery and stress

I disagree, it does buy happiness but it clearly doesn’t buy class, but happiness it clearly does.

I think money only make you happy because you worked hard
Working hard and seeing result is secret of happiness then you get a reward like money, family, health looks but if you were already given these things they wouldn't be happy because they didn't work hard

The truth is somewhere in the money. Money in and for itself doesn’t make you happy. Also materialistic things don’t make you happy. In my opinion money is safety. It can eliminate most problems. Besides health issues money can solve pretty much anything. Knowing that you can live a normal life and don’t have to worry all the time how much everything costs is true freedom and happiness.

What is happiness? I know the definition & I know the feeling. But at the same time I don’t know it. Anytime I was “happy” it was short lived. For most of my life I did things to make other people happy. And no matter how hard I tried I always came up short. People would lie, people would steal, & the worst people would manipulate me. I’m 35 years old now. When I see myself in the mirror I hate what I see. But I’m thankful for everyday that I’m blessed to live. Happiness or being happy is a state of mind. Being at peace with your sins. Forgiving & letting go of transgressions. And most importantly loving each other.

    Luke 12:15-21
Then he said to them: “Keep your eyes open and guard against every sort of greed, because even when a person has an abundance, his life does not result from the things he possesses.” 16 With that he told them an illustration, saying: “The land of a rich man produced well. 17 So he began reasoning within himself, ‘What should I do now that I have nowhere to gather my crops?’ 18 Then he said, ‘I will do this: I will tear down my storehouses and build bigger ones, and there I will gather all my grain and all my goods, 19 and I will say to myself: “You have many good things stored up for many years; take it easy, eat, drink, enjoy yourself.”’ 20 But God said to him, ‘Unreasonable one, this night they are demanding your life from you. Who, then, is to have the things you stored up?’ 21 So it goes with the man who stores up treasure for himself but is not rich toward God"
