Cool but this just looks a bit too inefficient for human power. A fat bike alone is heavy but a quad with a diff has to be very inefficient on top of being very heavy. This would be great combined with an electric motor.

Utah Trikes doesn't do that but you can try modifying it yourself.

They just take a standard tadpole trike (your choice of make and model) and bolt on an aluminum rear axle

The only reason I'd see getting one of these would be commuting in the winter where there's a lot of snow, otherwise it wouldn't be worth the cost
