Needs more USB PORTS FOR SURE. I'd be fine without the door and the second screen especially if it dropped the price some. I see no point in dual ethernet ports. I'm wondering how this thing and others would handle video editing such as Divinci Resolve. Other than those gripes I really like it.

Repurposed answering machine outer shells that have not seen the light of day since 8-Track answering machines took a nosedive 3 years before ever even being fully assembled & put out to pre order in the sears robuck magazines back in mid 70's, i know because my grandkids mother wanted a few for stocking stuffers but ended up ordering the nobake kids oven. Neat stuff
Actually, seeing it reminds me of the 8-track Walkman that probably never made it to retail let alone out of china's manufacturing distributors. Regardless, Love it! Brings back mid-50's & 60's memories of this newfound celluloid composite nano-dads sweeping the country I lived in back when, times were chrome on plastic on demand & always on time.

Meh. I backed the Indiegogo (and the AM01) when I was 'seduced' by the second screen which I hoped would function as a proper second screen. In the end, it was obvious that the second screen is pretty much just a novelty. As an ex-backer on Indiegogo, I saw that they were not very responsive. Plus there are several reports of overheating. Weirdly a local retailer is selling (preorders for 12th March) for cheaper than Indiegogo.

Aesthetically I love it. Great showcase in what it’s capable of in emulation. Emulating in 1080p would be fine for me, as this would be played on a smaller display. Would 16gb ram be more than enough for solid PS2, and GameCube emulation?

it's a Mini PC, not a plus and play emulation thing like you see these days, so no, likely no games included, you'd have to move over your own games to it.

Retro games in 4k are not the same anymore... Games are supposed to look similar, not fancy... Not my cup of tea. I'm going to fire up Batocera and play cannon fodder with the A500

@@stefaneilenbrock2587 i just got a desktop PC for around $150 that can emulate saturn and dreamcast, could probably do more but i haven't tested it yet. the specs are 3.5ghz cpu 2 cores 4 threads, 2gb graphics card, 4gb ram.
There are too many new things and delights already. In a week - it will be the same again... For 90% of retro games, an i5 7/8 generation is enough...

Ayaneo couldn't have made it worse to pull this thing apart. Completely horrible design when it comes to repairs and upgrades. Once again AYANEO aiming on looks over practicality.
I don't think really you should be plugging that shit. I watched your shows and baught a lot of emulaters you made videos on. But they were not very expensive . But you wanna be responsible for someone buying a Chinese shit box pc with possible spyware etc.
So I would be carefull about endorsing full blown Chinese PCs to anywhere other then china ...
