Kalau HSR di bina nanti ramai lah pelancong dari KL / Singapore Datang sebab dekat sini area iskandar puteri... HSR ada stesen dekat iskandar puteri sebab area ini jauh dari kawasan bandar..... Orang tak datang ke Sini.... Kalau ada HSR high speed railway... Lagi buat ramai orang datang ke Medini City ini.... Percaya cakap saya bila HSR di bina boleh booster Ekonomi Johor.... Itu lah hope ....
HSR tak efisien kalau ada stop mcm tu. Better direct KL-SG sebab HSR nak achieve top speed perlukan jarak berpuluh2 km.

Not gonna lied. Medini City is kinda good. When I go to Legoland, I can feel that this city lots of skyscraper, lot than KK (sad). Is Medini City had planned to build Transit Line?
the new development at Eco Botanic is new apartment on the east side, and new housing development on the west. the new development next to kota iskandar is the new Johor Court Complex! New hotel, OZO Hotel at UMCity is opening next month, will be manage by Thai Hotel Management, Onyx Hotel Group, who also manage AMARI Hotel in downtown Johor Bahru.. 😊

I knew a lot condo already sold to foreigner. It's just a investment or weekend holiday house to them. But a community cannot be called a success without people. During covid period already proof that. I hope in future state goverment can limit 25% of foreign buyer in 1st year after sale started. If over 25%, developer can only sold to foreign buyer in 2nd year to avoid similar situation. If housing rate stood at 75%, more robust township planning for traffic needed.
Hope many visitor and tenant can occupy this area soon

Pembangunan Medini hebat... tapi kena ada petrol pump satu. Jauh 3km nak isi minyak dekat Eko Botani. Malam masih sunyi sepi..

A good place to park your money and car, but no so much to live and walk around in. It will be interesting how these places evolve in the next 20-30 years. At least there are some parks nearby!
Nanti kalau ada HSR .... Maju lah MEDINI CITY ini... HSR speed train.... Harap Cepat Bina HSR.... KL - Singapore HSR .... ada booster Ekonomi .... Kalau Datang Ke Sini.... Banyak je tempat menarik tapi tulahtak ramai orang...

Medini City is a joke atm. Just residential towers but no commercial entities like offices, entertainment and restaurants. Its really hard to build a city from scratch unless you have local/foreign investors building industries.
have you even been there. I went to iskandar puteri and have no problems finding restaurant. Maybe your info already outdated
