¿Pero quien ¥#€%£ toca? ¿No es importante? Porque que yo sepa Menuhin toca violín y en esta grabación supongo que dirige no? Muy buen (buena) flautista. Muy delicado, delicada y musical. Diferente. Bravo, bravísima.
For anyone wondering, it's because that the longer you play an instrument the more "tired" it sounds, and the more flatter it gets. Something to do with temperature.
@@windmillwilly Well actually, the flute gets warmer the longer you play. Because of that we have to keep our flutes warm during concerts, especially in winter.
I would say we are listening to a very fine flutist in this video and I don't hear intonation getting flat or sound getting tired. If sound gets "tired" after a while you play, maybe there are some problems at a technical level or you are just not trained much for that, it needs just a bit of practice :) After a day where you intensely rehearsed 6 hours in an orchestra yeah one could get tired, but not during a 20 minutes ( very demanding, though) concerto, in my opinion.
He wrote 3 concertos for flute (G major, D major, flute and harp), 4 quartets and the Andante. I don't think any other instrument (apart from piano and violin) has so many solo pieces by Mozart. I really don't understand your comment.
I disagree. That comment that Mozart said about that flute (saying that he couldn't stand writing for such an instrument) was probably coming from the fact that a flutist hadn't paid him for a flute concerto he wrote. I really think he secretly loved the flute though.
From G to B, then E, then D, and so on. I never know where Mozart will go next. However, he comes back G after a while. Do you know Mozart pattern, please?
my transitions are through minor then to a different major key for example i start in C major the go into C minor which has 3 flats, the same as Eb. Then from the C minor I give my base line an intro into Eb Major. etc etc...
SweetDeath1234567890 It's what almost every audition will require. Gotta start getting used to it if you want to be a flute player... xD I personally love it, it makes me feel virtuoso! :D
Ryan Leonard Sorry, I didn't mean that Mozart sucks because I prefer Lady Gaga (for example). I think he sucks because his music looks like song for kids,it's obvious and boring.
Telling people to kill themselves is awful. Suicide is a touchy subject for many people, and telling someone to end their life just because they don't share the same music taste is wrong. I understand that they could've been more respectful towards Mozart's music. But saying they should kill themselves for it, is going much too far. (In my opinion.) Mozart's music is wonderful, but some people don't think so, and that's alright. I don't want to seem ignorant or shrewd, and I don't want to start something. But please, don't tell other person to hurt or kill themselves.
Dead performance. Its a typical case of playing it so many times that you get bored of it. But its very hard to play Mozart properly - so its understandable.
Comfort of Mozart’s music is off the charts

That first movement cadenza was one of the best I'd ever heard! Truly stunning
1. Allegro maestoso - 00:00
2. Adagio ma non troppo - 08:30
3. Rondo: Tempo di minuetto - 17:46

It’s not a song....
Thank you

Plays it by oneself. Feels sore emptiness without other instruments on pauses.
Oiçam com atenção o minuto 8.28 - é a melodia do Danúbio Azul -Será que Strauss se inspirou aqui?

Does anyone know where I can get a copy of that Cadenza for the first movement?!
Ahh, nothing like the sound of being on hold.

Max Cohen lol, never thought of it that way. I love playing this one. It's still a work in progress though.
If that is all you hear, then you are not truly listening to the music, you disrespectful peasant!
Oh, come on, he was obviously joking. :)
It's always a pleasure, Wolgang!

this sounds like it gets a little flat?

where are the 2 missing concerto's?
Wolfie never cared for the flute so much..
That’s not true

One can feel that Mozart had little passion for the flute
I disagree. That comment that Mozart said about that flute (saying that he couldn't stand writing for such an instrument) was probably coming from the fact that a flutist hadn't paid him for a flute concerto he wrote. I really think he secretly loved the flute though.
He seemed to root for the horns though
He had 2 flute concerto? Or more
Concerto in D
Concerto in G
Flute and Harp Concerto
Thank you... ♥
6000 of them
From G to B, then E, then D, and so on. I never know where Mozart will go next. However, he comes back G after a while. Do you know Mozart pattern, please?

I believe that there is a relationship between the formation of the universe and this music.
Yes, that nice.

Catchy as fuck.
