They’re not in trouble, the 100 million average consumers still don’t know much about it. The leaks info only reached the gaming space which is at absolute best around 5-10 million, large majority of that gaming space would buy the console day 1.
Don’t it strike you odd that usually Nintendo goes after the leakers and roomers if any in less then a day to bring them down and silents them as quick as possible, but nothing has happened and it’s been like about a month and very hard to ignore it. They know people are ready and want to see the new switch but what if this is apart of there plan? Roomers of the switch predecessor has been going on for years and just building up the hype ever since on Nintendos unique way to innovate, but they know that they can’t stop all the leakers that happen (example the legend of Zelda switch and switch lite edition) so what if Nintendo opted a new strategy for it’s reveal? They also know that companies making accessories will leak out some stuff and eventually people will soon speculate what it actually is, but what if they did the opposite. What if they decide to put out a fake leak of what it looks like minus the size for the accessorie, what if they partnered up with the other company producing the accessory’s to throw a curve ball out there to throw you off the sent like a black sheep if you must. 1. Throw off any leads that was getting to close to the truth 2. This doesn’t look like Nintendo style focusing mostly on hardware then actual game mechanics and new ways to play 3. Knowing that putting faults news hardware, software, features and more would be eaten up by the internet and that they will speculate and say something is true but it’s not coming out of Nintendo mouth (just look around people are saying it’s real and not really thinking what Nintendo is really about and that’s because creative and think outside the box). Take a look at there patents they submitted (of course most patents are there to keep the design and not actually be the actual thing but seeing that and this is not a rise but looks like a step behind of there innovation. I’m not saying it’s completely fake there may be a chance but knowing Nintendo and what they do in the past it doesn’t seem likely. And the name to they know switch two is a plain name(i’m just saying that because I know people don’t like it and wished for another name) And that might happen because even Nintendo said it, I believe in Bloomberg’s news, they said that the name “ Switch 2” Is just A placeholder and to reference the new switch And not to say that it’s going to be the name of the switch. There have been leaks about the name switch attach But I’m not sure, and it would make more sense due to the magnetic joy cons if they are real. And the most important part is like I said in the beginning Nintendo hasn’t done anything about it yet these so called companies who are releasing these stuff and Nintendo hasn’t budged once, there usually out sending out there ninjas after them even if it is a company making accessories, there is a partnership that they do but seeing a company that may be In partnership with them and then turn there back against them sounds suspicious and they better know who they are messing with. I’m just wondering if this if it is true a new ploy to get speculation out the window I mean they do know how popular and how heavy the Nintendo fan specs can be after all. Nintendo is never really about power, or graphics, but they want to keep a balance in between power, and graphics, while sacrificing what their fans, and professionals want from their consoles. Nintendo is not going to be a power giant in terms of hardware, but as for their games, first party, and third party, they end up beating Microsoft and Sony. It's not apparent that people are expecting Nintendo to be the same as the whole entire U.S. gaming industry. They originally came from Japan. You expect Nintendo to be a graphical gaming giant, while pumping out the many, MANY games that they own the rights to? Hell no. They do what they do. People should start giving them supportive feedback through surveys rather than trying to force them into something they aren't, or going to be, and tear them down in the long run.
