It takes 4 undefeated seasons to get Ole Miss from 4 star to 5 start with no worse than a #2 recruiting class. The portal is vital for keeping the pro potential up
I think players getting drafted ties more to overall than stats. My HB lead in rushing by 600+ yards and almost broke TD record and got drafted in the 6th.

I can’t get Boise higher than 4 star prestige. I even lowered it to freshman and went undefeated 4 seasons straight to test it and it’s still capped for me. Were you able to? I was trying to get more hours for recruiting

I started a dynasty with Arkansas State, I thought they had a cool logo in the red wolves and decent uniforms and I only have one in state rival for recruits… Arkansas, so I can try to dominate the in state recruiting and still have a foothold in the south, I went 17-0 won the national championship in my first season won the heisman with my qb and coach of the year plus some other player awards and had the 29th best recruiting class and I only went from 1 star to 2 1/2 stars. So it’s gonna be a grind
It’s always going to be a grind with small schools, but if you can do the littles things and make sure each aspect of the team grades are increasing it should make it smoother.
@@PoodleGaming hell yea but the grind is what makes in fun… I’m a fan of building a 1 star school for a powerhouse or rebuilding a once powerhouse to its former glory like Miami or Nebraska, Syracuse or Wisconsin are some of my favorite mid tier teams
Poodle man, I cant find the answer anywhere. But there has to be a way to get more offers as HC from lower ter schools. I rebuilt a program to 5 star but now I want to re-do it but within my same dynasty! I only get 3-4 offers each year and its sad.

My first season Im playing with JMU. I got the 13-1 and we are 2 games away from the championship. I took the job at Florida State. But I won all the awards. I feel a little bad. It was hard to recruit there
When I should I hire new coordinators? Like I’m Usf and I want them to benefit me more - but I know that hits stability …should I wait until I 5 star my program to get the best ones ? 11:15
That really depends on their packages. If you need better recruiting/ development packages, I’d probably look for a new one quickly. But yes, you will take a hit early on, so if your coaching stability is really the only thing keeping your stars up, I wouldn’t touch it.
Getting players to Pro is dumb i had recruited a 4 star receiver at texas a$m that was only a 85 but had 3 staright 1400+ yards with him with like 70 catches and he didnt get drafted meanwhile people at like oregon or alabama that dont even start are getting drafted im pretty sure its only by overall
Tbhbi just put the game on easy play up to half time by just throwing td nd running td nd leading the league in that stat for most the year and win natty i had like 3 players from mia first year go first round nd next year i had 5 players go first round offence nd d fence
Just for clarification on the Stadium Atmosphere, the impact high and medium’s don’t change. High and medium just means some things carry more value than others. Other than that great video
You have to have I believe a 90 overall or more before boosts to get drafted which is a little tougher than I'd thought. Some players are left without some fully developed skills. As seniors I lve been fully trying to go through players to see what all I can do to maximize the potential but it does not always work.

I had a receiver that had ov 1500 yards nd 15 touchdowns nd he didn’t get drafted at all and won the Heisman the year before

I have won back to back Natty’s, haven’t lost at home in 5 years and can’t even get my stadium atmosphere over a B- with Oregon State
That probably has to do with the size of your program.
I’m using Oregon State also and their stadium atmosphere is A- 23rd toughest to play currently

3 nattys 4.5 stars, got better at recruiting had stars every where including the back ups , 2 more nattys and finally got 5 stars

It is very heavily dependent on overall. I had a 83-ish overall RB (National Champion, Heisman winner, 1st team All-American) not get drafted
