I like what R. C. Sproul said this should be the ‘ Perseverance of the Savior’ in our salvation

@gotquestions I submit to you the following scriptures if you can go through them, they back my conviction that you can lose your salvation, kindly read any and let me know your thoughts
    Matthew 24:45-51
    Mathew 25:14-30
    Luke 13:47-52
    Luke 12:42-48
    Luke 14: 22-30
Plus bonus verses like those who endure to the end shall be saved…

I, personally, prefer to use the term preservation in this point as well because preserving is like keeping but, like you said, keeping that is done by God.

Rather than add to the comments of critics, I simply want to again thank Got Questions Ministries for bringing this podcast series to all interested. In Christian love, you are explaining the beliefs of Calvinism, and showing biblically where these 5 points of belief originate. Certainly there are true Christians who don’t hold to Calvinism, whether they lean towards Arminianism, or a combination, but the purpose of this series has been to teach. I thank you for this ministry and just want to again give all praise to our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus.

I appreciate your TH-cam channel and the Podcast. I believe in once saved always saved if I keep following Jesus. I think that is why it says I have to "endure" until the end. I will be challenged to not follow Jesus and if I don't stick with it, then I don't get glorified. It's not works on my part, but my belief. I keep God above everything in my life. I believe in Jesus no matter what happens to me. I repent of my sins throughout my entire life. It is a relationship with Jesus. Just like all relationships we have to participate. I don't think I am a baby who Jesus is taking complete care of me without me having the ability to decide to commit to a relationship with him. Also, I think of the verses where in the end some call Jesus Lord and he says that he never knew them. To me that is the key. I have to try to know Jesus in a relationship. Someone saying "saved in the name of Jesus" is not a magic spell that makes them saved no matter what they do. Only God knows who is really following him and who has a heart towards him. I will never completely know if another person is saved. I have deep respect for Jesus and put time into being near him as best as I can in every part of my life. Of course, I can't do perfectly so he makes up the difference. But I have free will. I can follow Jesus. Or I can decide not to follow Jesus. If people do not want to be part of God's work then they don't have to. God will protect that right for them. But the result is eternity without him. It is an eternal commitment either way, whether people choose to follow Jesus or not. It's our relationship with him that matters. That's how I believe. I also think of the Sower Sows the Seed. Some seed grows, but some doesn't. Jesus even says that worrying and distracted with the cares of the world keeps some seed from growing. That is why we need to pay attention to Jesus and have a relationship with him. I am sure you have all heard all of this before and I respect your views. I really do appreciate the work you are doing. I have a foundational disagreement with much of Calvinism, though. But I don't fully agree with any theology. It's all from flawed human beings. It's impossible that any of it is completely perfect. Thanks for your time.

I'm not understanding why faith can be sincere, insincere, and exist in varying degrees, as does understanding and things of the like; but when it comes to belief, belief is automatically and always a sincere and undeniable unmovable rock such as when used here "the moment we believe we're saved for eternity",

Hey brothers. Question, I hope for an answer!
Everything you all shared I agree with. I could call myself a Calvinist but I only find it to be a stumbling block for others.
My question: why does creating this pressure of understanding have such significance within our own Christian community? I feel like you three brothers are arguing, “the sky is blue, and grass is green.” Lol, right! So, what is this such a debate? Because others disagree? Okay… so? We can’t separate the wheat from the tares, and Peter was reminded to concern himself of himself, not of Paul. Peace to you, brothers!
