when I heard this song the first time they released the audio, I hate to admit it but, I just full on cried. I didn't know how this album would turn out but the first punch of jons voice told me right away how amazing it would be.
I have just recently discovered these guys but I can't stop coming back to this video. 2:15 is one of the most powerful and expressive pieces of music I have ever heard. All the elements come together incredibly well but Swan on the guitar is so expressive that the sound alone made me cry the first time I heard it. This experience made me go and listen to almost everything by DGD in the last few years, and it is all excellent, but in my opinion nothing compares to this song.

For some reason, dgd is just a band that makes me want to cry with every song I listen to. My stepdad used to play dgd all the time in 2020, while we’d just drive around during the winter/fall, going on hikes and walks.. even though it was only four years ago, it feels like even less, and god I miss it. Nothings happened to him, but I was just so very happy and everything was great then. Nostalgia hits harder than anything.
This was fucking great! But that means that this music video leads into the death of the robot with human hair, it makes sense cause he wakes up from what seems to being knocked out in that video.
This video helped restore my stigma about this song. This song came out right when I found out some devestating news about some stuff my now-ex was doing behind my back, so as much as I love this song and think its one of the strongest songs ever written, it's just had that stigma behind it that kept me from wanting to revisit it. Now with this music video (the best DGD music video by far), I now have new stigma to associate it with. Thanks to everyone involved in making this.

I just want to point out the masterpiece this band has created with the Young Robot series. My god, they could make a whole movie/TV series with this. It's so intriguing, and tells such a wholesome story, with sci-fi aspects, and 4th wall breaking concepts that just all together bring it as a whole too a level of true art. Like, who paid attention too the fact that when the Abomination the Dog created with Robot's Hair, and his own eye, had felled too Capn Skele-Duck by him removing the Power Cell. The SAME Power Cell used in Young Robot too give him the Human Hair, and all his abilities in the first place. Capn Skele-Duck is either trapped in an infinite loop of trying to bring Young Robot back his girlfriend, or trying too keep the iteration of Young Robot existent so there is still some good in the world. All in all, it's crazy how Skele-Duck goes from fighting with the Robots too trying too save them single-handedly....Beautiful. Thanks for reading my analysis and opinion if you did.

I can't stop feeling suspicious about the moment jon notices duck pirate, it's exactly the same moment when jon gets crazy in the "midnight crusade" video. Once you watch the video for the second time, you see it in another way, more tragic and sad. Also, I know it could sound repetitive but, I want to mention that I watched the video several times through this days and it still surprises me how DGD nailed it. It wouldn't be a surprise that DGD continues delighting us.

So what I'm getting from this is that due to time travel from "Stroke, God Millionaire", "Young Robot" is the new origin, whereas this song is the events in immediately in between "Young Robot" and "Death of the Robot With Human Hair", which are apparently much closer together in the timeline than I originally thought.

This video got me motivated on drawing those characters.
So what I'm getting from this is that due to time travel from "Stroke, God Millionaire", "Young Robot" is the new origin, whereas this song is the events in immediately in between "Young Robot" and "Death of the Robot With Human Hair", which are apparently much closer together in the timeline than I originally thought.
Zax Zumu also is like all songs from the band are one universe... like told us the life of of a guy named Gavin and his History of his worldXD.
