Hey Joe, I hope everything is going well. One time a customer sent me a message, his item arrived damaged that he wanted a refund and return the item, but he didn't give me the chance to even reply back while I was write back to his message he right away requested a return and a refund thru ebay. I was about to write back keep the item and I will refund you completely. And I had no choice but to accept the return and pay for the item to sent back to me , broken , it was an Oakland A's bubble head that I paid 3 bucks
That Mickey Mouse plush story is disheartening. I’m glad I haven’t had to deal with alot of inconsiderate buyers n never had to deal with that situation exactly who treats small sellers like you’re Amazon and as if u don’t lose money every time there’s a return. I’d rather not sell to those buyers even if it means it sits awhile longer.
