- Today, I am reviewing Wizz Air on a flight from Brussels, Belgium to Warsaw, Poland. The Hungarian low-cost airline has expanded massively in recent years but their reputation remains mixed. Find out what they’re like and what to look out for when booking a Wizz Air flight.

Hi I work in Wizz and the situation with catering looks like that: Every base has their supplier and everyday in Warsaw at least here it works like that they load a new catering. Sometimes some products are missing - because of some reasons like they don't have them or simply they are not loaded in the boxes due to some logistics reasons and some of them are exclusively sold from particular countries only which are indicated in a magazine. Hope it clarifies a little bit situation with Wizz catering. ;)
Hello, could you please consult me? I bought a flight by Wizz air company, payed for the seat in the plane, but the company canceled the flight and proposed us to choose another day. We chose a new flight but we had to pay another time 17 euros for the seat. Is this right? And how to claim the money back?
Both Ryan and Wizz operated bases in Norway but closed them when they understood that the Norwegian government did not allow them to use Polish crews employed in Poland for flights to/from Norwegian bases.
What about flights to/from Poland? And how about Polish gov not allowing norwegian crew into Polish bases?
Thank you very much for this clarification in order to serve the community. According to what we see on the website, this company has very cheap prices from Canada to Sweden. The cost of a plane ticket is 1000 1029 Canadian dollars, and this is considered a very cheap price. Do you have some instructions about this company regarding credibility and treatment? And I mean when we buy. Airplane card, is there a problem?

I'm 190 and I always pay extra for "extra leg space" (i.e. seats near emergency exits) in cheap airlines. I can also fit in standard seats, but the flight is a nightmare.
This airline is good value but hardly ever on time!!! Extremely annoying.
They use Airbus planes and are safe what more do you need
I prefer Wizz to FR due to several reasons.
Their planes are younger and do have less broken items in the cabine.
Wizz operates European quality by Airbus. FR (beside of Lauda Europe) operates onlytrashy Boeing machines.
Their crews are more friendly. Many of the FR crew members seem to be tired and exhausted.
Wizz accepts cash payment on board
Wizz has way more often ice cubes available onboard. Serving drinks like Gin Tonic without ice cubes is not really sensefull.
But what I like about Lauda planes is that the backrest has a recline.
I was laughing out loud when you said: take off was 20 minutes behind schedule. My Wizzair flight from Amman to London was almost 5 hours behind schedule due to multiple delay announcements. So literally we waited 7 hours at the airport and were extremely exhausted even before the journey started. Worst experience ever. Not to mention how horrible the boarding was and uncomfortable the flight seats were. First and last time I fly with them

How flight was delayed almost 5 hours. We were given a miniature kfc as compensation. No alternatives for non dairy/meat eaters.
We circled Gatwick’s for 45 minutes with no explanation as to why, and the landing was really rough so much so that it felt like the pilot was attempting to take off again. Plane was also dirty and full of rubbish everywhere. Food tasted mouldy as well.

You are entitled to compensation under UK/ EU civil air regulations. For whatever reason, airlines do not offer it but they must pay if you claim it, so just claim it (and the procedure is pretty straightforward). I think it’s about £500 per person.

yk about the bag checking (sizes) does it has to be the exact size as its said in the website 40x30x20. If lets say the base, height or width is a little bit more then it is meant to be, do they make you pay extra?

Hey Jack Roaming, sry for my english (for real, sry, tried not to use a translator). How many do you think people ordered the "all you can fly" with Wizz'Air (I am from Bruxelles), flying only on economy with regular airlines almost every week for like 100 to 200 € in EU. I think honnestly no more than 100. It's all for the buzz, and then you check truspilots. 1 star for 13K customers review. Charleroi is a cheap airport for low cost flights btw. Zaventem is 5 stars (our real airport, and yes I like it). Would not fly for 20€ to Budapest. Your voice is like asmr, subbed Wizz is worst than Ryanair, wich I would never ever fly with. So Wizz is a NO GO for me. Thanks for this review. I wish I could see how many people were dumb to pay 500 (and soon in 1H 600€) for unlimited with wiz. They 'r not gonna finish the year ^. They try to steal as much as they can before beeing bankrupt, but they fool no one are they? Also why Wizz isn't on black list, doesn't even seem safe.

I bought a 100 euro ticket from Budapest to Berlin, they charged me an additional 50 euro online service and 50 euro for luggage. Very bad service, rude staff.

They make Ryanair look like a 5* airline. Disgusting experience and I’ll go out my way to avoid flying with them at all costs. Never again.
Worst travelling experience ever. I was on urgent mission for three days. Left Abu Dhabi to Cairo with no problem. On the way back, from Sphinx airport, no Check in machine and no WiFi to connect to through my mobile. They just checked me in without warning that there is charge for airport check in. While leaving to passport check, the crew called me back took hold of my passport and boarding pass and asked me for charge fees for check in service which was half the ticket price. Nightmare experience. Sincere advice, avoid this company, you may get cheap flight but you will regret it at the end and you would feel very humiliated

41 Euros for a 1 way flight on a 2 hour to Warsaw is cheap. In July of 2022, I flew Cebu Pacific from Kuala Lumpur to Manila on a 3 and a half hour flight and it's good, $80 and it's cheap. Cebu Pacific is a low cost airline in the Philippines.
Yes. I flew Cebu Pacific many years ago before making TH-cam videos, and I had a 4-hour delay from Hong Kong to Manila. So I need to give them another chance.
Oh really? Wow. Did you know what's the reason why your Cebu Pacific plane was delayed from Hong Kong to Manila? If you don't know, my guess is, the plane is delayed, due to the previous flight that is late or bad weather. Okay good luck. I have flown Cebu Pacific many times and it's the cheapest airline to fly and it's great, even though it's delayed.

When many airline companies are old, the company starts selling these old planes to other dealers in order to use this airline from country to country. In fact, these planes are very old, very small, especially the seats, and the internal diameter of the plane is very small. Companies Aviation does not care about society. It cares about how it collects money, and there is no maintenance and cleaning of aircraft. This is what we see in Canada, America, and Europe. Likewise, the services inside aviation are not good. This is what we see in Canada, what we see in America, and what we see in Europe and some countries. Yes, aviation is in the Gulf countries. Very good, especially Qatar and the Emirates. Everyone says good services The problem is with the international airline company, which gives a license to these small companies. There is no maintenance, and this is considered a danger to society. We have to blame the international airline company regarding these small or large companies that do not care about maintenance, cleanliness, and treatment. Many complain about the treatment being not good, and this is not a good thing in terms of Regarding tourism and the economy, what we hear and see is not in the interest of the people

I'm not expecting much because my flight total was only 14 euro. I'm taking a small cabin bag but now I'm a little concerned it might be too big? I've never had a problem on any other airline bringing this bag in the cabin on other airines. Might just risk it and see how I go. I'm subscribing, great channel! Tom :)

I always go with wizzair to warsaw for my grandma and grandpaband i live in Belgium
It's easy just look at the companies how they treat they own employee then you know what to expect.
In some cases, a checked luggage is less expensive than a carry-on bag, and is an option to consider. I last took a 30 euro flight with Ryanair and a checked bag was 37 euro extra, or a carry on bag was 45 euro extra. The likelihood of losing a checked bag on a direct flight is much lower.

Wizzair is worst airline, I have ever travelled on. They are fraudsters and I had to pay extra because of issues on their website and customer support was terrible.
