Love your channel! Your videos are so fun and positive!!! 😊🥳 Nicole I’m curious if you think driving down to Mazatlán from US would be safe for a solo woman? I would also have my dog too lol 🐶
Thank you so much! Yes, I do think you'd feel quite safe driving to Mazatlán as a solo woman. Having a dog has actually really helped me feel safe when I'm by myself in Mexico because Mexican people really respect dogs as protectors (they truly are used as guard dogs here so often), so having Evie around helps me feel safer for sure. But on the whole, I felt quite good driving to Mazatlan! Of course it's a bit difficult to tell how different it would be without Mico around, but whenever I'm by myself I have felt similarly on guard as I do in Canada or the USA. I hope that helps! 😊
It is very safe, the highways and main roads are protected by booths and national guard. I hope you are encouraged to get to know Mazatlán with your best friend.🥰🐶
We aren’t there anymore, but it would have been awesome to do a tequila tour. We just had the 1 full day in Guadalajara and it was definitely too short!
The Fountain of Quetzalcoatl's Self-Sacrifice The fountain, located above a big pedestrian bridge or platform over Avenida Independencia, is seen from the sky as the feathers of Quetzalcoatl; the head should be at the bottom, not at the very top. The tail also represents the smoke or the flame of Quetzalcoatl's self-sacrifice. I Heard that adding the head could cause the bridge to collapse.
There are some news on internet saying that in Guadalajara sexual intercorse in public and exhibition are completely legalized...Is this real or you didnt see nothing there?
Guadalajara is one of the hearts of Mexico, it is undergoing great transformation, where Mariachi, tequila and charros were born. ❤
Such a great city we can’t wait to visit again!
The city looks so vibrant 🤩
It really was! We hope to revisit again one day and spend a few days :)
Fun times….making me crave real Mexican food! Safe travels
Haha thanks! Mexican food is definitely worth craving 😊
I moved to GDL nine months ago. Awesome coverage!! 🎉 And yes, you pronounced Tlaquepaque correctly. Well done!!

Nicole and Mico Tequila Ice Cream Shack. I'll be looking for it when I visit Canada.
It definitely won't be as good as Guadalajara, but maybe you could find one!
Great vlog ❤
Thank you!!
If youre still in GDL, go on a tequila tour if you havent!

I have to try that ice cream!! ❤
We hope you love it when you get to try it!
I find you really likeable and enjoy your videos. Food is an important part of travel blogs. Too bad you're not vegan.
Glad you like them!
Great video! I am enjoying your Mexican adventures. tip: the “h” is not pronounced in the word “ahogadas.”
Thanks for the tip! Not saying the letter h is something we are definitely still adjusting to 😄
Arnold came to Guadalajara in the 70s and then in the 90s againg to open a gym in providencia.
Are they really called beggars? It looks like she was a “merchant” trying to learn an honest living.
Where are the beggars?
@@nicoleandmico @17:55 I see now she was actually begging😂
😆👍🏼
