This remix reminds me of Stardust Speedway in the past from Sonic compact disc or is like people like to say CD from Japan or Europe cuz only that sound soundtrack was the best
The US soundtrack definitely has some good tracks but I like the JPN/PAL soundtrack more.
This fits in perfectly with the fall colors in the rom hack but idk if it'll fit as well with the normal pallete
