ANSWERS: Check if you're right! 1. wood is renewable or (natural) gas is finite (burning) wood produces the same amount of carbon dioxide as the trees absorbed or (burning natural) gas increases the amount of carbon dioxide (in the atmosphere) 2. Reduce costs and use less energy 3. Long wavelength radiation is reflected back to the surface of titan 4. Ethyl ethanoate Water is the liquid produced 6. (aluminium has a coating of) aluminium oxide (so the aluminium oxide) protects the metal (from further corrosion)
1. Wood is renewable wood is cheaper 2. Reduce cost and use less energy 3. Long wavelength radiation is reflected back to the surface of titan 4. Ethyl ethanoate Water is the liquid produced 5. Aluminium doesn't react with oxygen and hydrogen molecules in the air so it will not corrode (what I thought ) Textbook : Aluminium oxide is formed to protect the Aluminium so the surface if the Aluminium won't flake away .
did two past paper exams in my 5 hr revision session, let’s just say... i hate 6 markers on petrol and diesel 😭 following the papers and my revision i got a grade 8 in one paper and a 9 in the other, highlighted my weaker topics that i’m doing tonight, before going through every single topic and another past paper before my morning 2 hour revision session on the basic content (i tend to forget that!) really happy with my chemistry knowledge so i’m feeling prepared. thank you for your advice, it’s so helpful.
To reduce costs. To use less energy.Ethyl ethanoate,Sodium ethanoate. A thin but strong layer of aluminium oxide form around it which prevent any chemicals coming into contact with it.
1. Wood is a renewable resource so it will not run out, whereas, natural gas is finite 2. It's cheaper to extract wood than natural gas 3. To use less energy and to reduce costs 4. Long wavelength radiation is reflected back 5. Ethyl ethanoate 6. Water 7. Not sure but rusting is caused by oxygen and water so maybe it is galvanised and the zinc is more reactive than aluminium so reacts with the oxygen to prevent the aluminium from rusting
question 1 1.it’s renewable 2. it will not release as much air pollution with toxic chemicals q2 to increase the temperature to use less energy (catalyst provides an alternate energy reaction pathway question 3 short wave radiation (bit unsure!) question 4: thats triple science question 5: triple science
And I wouldn’t say that wood wouldn’t cause as much pollution as both wood and natural gas combust into CO2 gas (greenhouse gas) and natural gas could be hydrogen, which combusts into water so, what you said was incorrect. You could say that wood is easier to store (as you don’t need air tight containers) and that wood is cheaper :)
Thank you! It's definitely a lot of practice which has helped the most! You can see the progression from my first videos to my most recent and how I have changed talking to the camera! I would always suggest putting yourself in a familiar environment and to pretend you're talking to friend!
Thanks for the video. Quick question. For sixth form the entry requirement for biology is a 6. I am predicted to get a six but if I got a 5 do you think they would let me in? Thanks.
Hello, I hope you are doing well. I had a question for you, how do you add subtitles to your videos so that I, who am in China or Iran, can see them, that is, how did you create subtitles for your videos so that in All over the world everyone can see it in any language. Thank you for helping me
Try to answer the questions at the end of the video and tell me what you think!
Also, have a look at my website! jadenyee.com
thank you for the questions but please can you post the answers so I can see if i got them right because im unsure, thanks you!

Textbook : Aluminium oxide is formed to protect the Aluminium so the surface if the Aluminium won't flake away .
aluminium has a protective oxide layer which is non porous
Good luck everyone

You will get that 9

@@azariaogweremu9826 thank you so much, i hope you get the grade you want xx
what was the 6 mark question on petrol and diesel? i need to revise that 😭
@@Fatima-gk3yv hiya i’m so sorry i didn’t see this, do you still want the six marker?

Aluminium oxide is formed which provides a protective layer (for number 7) 💪

Hi
Can u plz do a video on your journey into Dental school e.g UCAT videos, extracurricular,
Can you also give us more vlogs of Dental school
question 1
1.it’s renewable
2. it will not release as much air pollution with toxic chemicals
q2
to increase the temperature
to use less energy (catalyst provides an alternate energy reaction pathway
question 3
short wave radiation (bit unsure!)
question 4: thats triple science
question 5: triple science
i think for question 2 the second point would be to reduce costs rather than increase temperature as less energy means that it's more cost-effective
Long wavelength radiation is reflected.
Catalysts don’t increase temperature, they just reduce the activation energy of the reaction, therefore reducing costs
Radiation is reflected back

I think you are good at making these videos because you have good speaking skills, do you have any advice on how to talk in-front of a camera?

Do you know where I can get get IGCSE flashcards
You can buy physical flashcards online I'm sure from companies like CGP on amazon or you can get free virtual sets on quizlet!

Thanks.
Normally from my experiences, sixth form requirements are quite strict so I would recommend trying your hardest to get a 6!

The green house effect sun radiation one isn’t on main focus topic buts it’s low tarrif so do you think I should still memorise it
I still think it is worth learning as there is not much about it but if you're really struggling then focus on something else which is more important
why does this come up now
Is this for edexcel or AQA
aqa
The whole video is for all exam boards but the questions are from AQA papers although you can still try answering them anyway
