I just used the Microsoft practice assessment so can't comment on any others! The Microsoft assessment has a lot of questions, you can refresh it and it brings up fresh questions. I would do that assessment until you know all the questions :)
That would depend on your existing level of skills/ experience! If you're a complete beginner, probably not. If you have experience in quite a few of the topics covered, then maybe! I recommend going through the Microsoft Practice Assessment a few times to understand your current level - areas to improve on
