I agree with the previous comment about the master bathroom missing a tub. It's a necessity for me.
There is an option for a tub and shower or just a shower.
Or use one of the bathrooms that has a bathtub.

Most ppl that watches these videos thinks that the price is set at what is it listed on the video title!! The home showing above is obviously a model home with tons of upgrades! So in reality when u ended touring the house, u end up finding out that ur dream home will be very basic without any of the upgrades showing in these videos( lightings, countertops, kitchen cabinets, appliances, ceiling, wall details, flooring upgrades tiles,pools/ spas etc…
In another word, that price covers only the lot where the house is standing on top of! But if u want a house like this, it will end up costing a $1.5 if not more! And this was based on recent experience!
Price for the base is too expensive. Thats means too many optional. And I feel the price for the lot should be included in the base price.
It's a very beautiful home❤, however, the wire shelving IS a bit of a problem..
It’s a lovely home but I would have a serious problem with all the wire shelving especially in the walkin master it looks very cheap and nasty.
This house has the most beautiful light fixtures ever ! In the master on main , orbs the near headboard - - stunning. In girls bedroom near headboard, I get a ballyhoo vibe. 😄 And in the study/ sitting room off same girl's bdrm is a shell chandelier that is over the top. ( as is the chandelier in the dining room) My guess is 50k in light fixtures alone. Put some of that budget into updating those wire shelving units in the walk- in closets

Nice house,but,I did not like a lot of walls,like you keep walking into walls.the wall when you walk out the master the wall out side the power room on first floor, this house needs at least 2 sliding doors in it ,one in the master one off the livingroom. Needs a full second master on the second floor.just ta name few things.and the tile work needs to be in the completed in the kitchen and bathrooms.kitchen pantry to small.and though in a barn door some were.all the doors need to be changed. Other then that a Great Hou6.

If there is a yard, you can put a pool in it. Less expensive to do it on your own after closing.

This house is beautiful, my dream home. However can we have lift / elevator inside the house? Aged people, people with disability etc. how will they use the staircase? Is there an option to build a lift?
There is room for a lift. The builder does not offer it, so it would have to be done after closing.

I love this house! It's staged beautifully but What's up with the Garage? Did they mess up on the plans? Did they fall short of building the driveway? What's going on there? That would be a NO for me. Why have a huge garage that cannot be accessed?

Have a question, I am in love with the Sardinia at Sawgrass Bay Community and my question is what they let you switch the floor plan around just a little bit?
They typically won't move walls but some will let you change door locations and windows. Every builder is different. You just have to ask them with a check in your hand.

Yes, They all have enough room for a pool. Some are larger than others, but you can choose which home site you want.
