I know it's a year old, but Audacity is a Windows or Mac tool that most people use for stuff like this. Make your own. There's a lot of good YT videos that show you how to slow songs on your own, and without having a distorted sound. I used to do that for a lot Whitewoods songs years ago, and best of all, it's free! It also barely uses any resources, so you can use it on any machine.
