Rado Switzerland is an hystorical Swiss watch brand famous for developping the anti scratch material for watches. In late 70's the boss wanted to make watches that would be ultra scratch resistent and to do so Rado decided to invest a lot of money in the Hi-Tech anti-scratch Ceramic technology with japanese companies. The main seconds needle is working but time stays at the spot and don’t revolve

I am sorry but I do not have the solution. However, I strongly suggest you to take your watch in a RADO shop for proper maintainance .
