Hi @sharonseatravel - You sold us on this cabin (well, the one next door). We just booked for Feb 2026 as a result of this video. We have had lots of people say "Don't waste your money on the cabin" but this is your living space for 8 days. I can not imagine sleeping in a closet (interior). We have done 4 RCI and this will be our second Princess (Ruby in 2013). Looking forward - thanks for this! ❤
Thanks for the tour so we know what to expect when we board next fall in the Mediterranean. We've got a deluxe balcony in the "sphere" on Deck 10 but I don't think our balcony will be quite that large. We'll be right next to a cabana suite. Can't wait!
Nice cabin tour! We love the Medallion - how it unlocks the door (does not open it) and the recognition from the staff. Btw, Sun Princess has been cruising the UK/Med since February so it’s not the first revenue cruise - maybe you mean from Florida. Can’t wait for one of Jaime’s fabulous ship tours! Best at sea!
Wow! That hairdryer is legit. I have really long hair and can never use hotel or cruise ship hairdryers as they are terrible. That is the one I have at home. It is quite pricey. Good job princess.😊😊
@@SharonatSeaTravel I usually haul my every day dryer. Not for this ship tho! I’m going to Alaska on the discovery princess in June 2026. I’ll have to see if they upgrade the dryers before then. Doubtful but maybe??
Thanks so much for the video showing the Sun Princess premier balcony cabin. Just so happens it is the exact cabin we will be in during our Dec 2025 sailing. Were really curious about the balcony and now we know! Looks great!
I always wondered why the bathroom light switches are outside the bathroom, even in this cabin, for the mirror light. Is a safety issue because of the step-up, into the bathroom? That's probably it. It looks like unlimited storage space. Does the bed have that deep divide in the center, from two twins pushed together? Or did they place extra padding on top to smooth it out?
Love your videos, we always do oasis class or Mardi Gras class, we are not foodies so care nothing about that, we are all entertainment and things to do all day, would we be happy with sun princess, i know everyone is different so just wondering your thoughts. Thanks so much, keep up the great work
We spent 21 nights on Sun Princess and have to say as loyal Princess cruisers Sun is by far the worst ship we have ever sailed on she looks beautiful but thats where it ends the main pool area is way to small for a ship that size crowded all day and not once were we able to get a deck chair there as people were claiming them as early as 6 in the morning also hardly ever had Movies under the stars instead loud thumping music all day long inside its so crowded everywhere and none of the bars really have there own space its all open plan with ques of people walking past all the time while you are trying to have a drink the atrium is just loud music all the time so much so it can be heard in other parts of the ship people with cabins near by complained they couldnt sleep because of it The ship feels like Princess trying to be a Carnival fun ship its a crowded party ship in reality
We heard many Princess Cruisers with that very same opinion. There were plenty of hiccups for sure. We are planning another Princess cruise on an older ship to get the true Princess vibe. Thanks for watching!!!
Yes I actually did...but getting in and out of the shower was even worse. I had to get out side ways and move back on the side of the toilet to close the door after I was out. The bathroom area is the smallest ship bathroom I've been in.

The air dryer was great!!! I only bring my travel hair dryer on older ships. The ones on the brand new ships are usually great.

We loved the cabin. Only downside was the bathroom was a bit tight but they all are....Have a great time.😊

No there was no divide. The bed was great.

The entertainment was good and there was always multiple activities going on all day and evening until late. I was very surprised by this.

I don't recall any noise issues while in the cabin at night.
