Celery: 1 bunch (I couldn't find it)
Garlic: 5 cloves
Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
Tomato Paste :1 tablespoon
Tomato Purée: 20 oz. (1 can)
Dried Basil: 1 tablespoon
Dried Oregano 1 tablespoon
Fresh basil :1 handful
Salt: To taste
Crushed Red Chilli Flakes: 1 teaspoon
Worcestershire Sauce: 2 tablespoons (added off camera)
Chicken Stock/Water: 1 cup.
