Finally an RTX 3000 Series on this channel. But with something good comes something bad, so I didn't have enough time to do more detailed review with consuption and other benchmarks except for gaming. In that case we have today ASUS GeForce RTX 3070 DUAL graphic card which shows really nice benchmark results in couple of games such as Battlefield V, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Control and so on. Hope that at least this small and short review gives you some insight on the power of ASUS GeForce RTX 3070 DUAL GPU.

@@ahmadgm5864 depends on the pricing. You should be able to get a pre-owned one for like 400-450ish. I switched to 3080 for $700 usd since I wanted more frames at 1440p.
The best cards in terms of frames per dollar is the 3060Ti, 3080, 3080Ti.

As i heard, this version is meant to be really underrated for Gaming at 2k
@@ahmadgm5864 The 3070 is great for 144hz/1440p gaming. But it will only be good for about 2 more years IMO. The 3080 should last me 3-4 more years for high refresh rate 1440p. The 40xx series are way too expensive so I will probably upgrade to 50xx series later.
Which model 3070 3 fans are broken? The quality overall is really good from ASUS, EVGA, PNY, Founders Edition

I've got the same GPU, but the OC version. It's getting 80° under load. Even though it's quite hot in my country and in my room at the moment, I still think it's a bit 'too' hot.
Airflow in my case is very decent as when it's open the gpu gets only 2 degrees less.
I've tested for 2 days only, and have to find out the delta (difference between room temperature and the gpu) to see if is too hot, so I might send it back. Still haven't decided.

@JoyBoy Miller yeah, people keep telling me that, but I have a bit of OCD, and I keep thinking that with the time the GPU's lifetime would be shorter because of that, it's like I can't help 😂
My previous gpu wouldn't go over 65°C. Performance wise the 3070 is a beast, but let's see how it goes, will try and don't return it 😁 thanks for the advice anyway mate 😉

Honestly, my brother has been running his card for couple of years while gaming on 85C and still running perfectly fine without a glitch. I would say that it isn't bad, but it is (of course) up to you.

@@PCCrazyDario so you know what I mean 😁 it's an amazing card, but considering I live in a hot place, I needed something cooler and I've got a chance to get another RTX 3070 for almost the same price, a Galax gamer EX, triple fan and loads of rgb lol it also comes with a rgb gpu support, just waiting to be delivered now. I could send you some info about the card, if you want to when I get it.

I recently purchased OS version, the performance is impressive, but in games at 77 degrees it is quite loud, in the evening it sounds like an airplane is flying past the window

Dual cards tend to get high thermals because of smaller heatsink. Only exception is the the Asus Noctua version which is 2 fans but huuuge.

I would say that TUF is second in line and then DUAL.

Once actually. Didn't have time to do re-runs on the benchmarks since I had to return the card quickly. I actually took the data directly from the end screen of the benchmark.

How is it so far? Noises and temps?
What is the temperature during your test on Asus dual 3070?
On 1440p resolution, between 67-69C depending on the load and on 4K 69-71C. Room temperature was around 25C +/- 1C

@@sitvincent Unfortunately, I had it only for one day and two different videos in two languages. Barely managed to do this. As you can see, the last part of the video was recorded without the card (the outro part) since I had to return it back. :(

@@edmarsouza4811 well after all i bought the card to find out. In a close case it goes to 71-72 wirh 75% on the fans. The noise is acceptable.

@@edmarsouza4811 yes, the airflow is very important, i have a Silentium Tg6 Argb case with 3 fans intake and front mesh and 1 exhaust fan set at 70%, ~900rpm

AIB models most of the time, at least so far, have better cooling. Honestly, don't know of the new RTX 3000 series and their cooling since I literally didn't have any for testing.
Who knows if the FE will ever come back in stock lol. I bought the card on the video as it was the only one I was able to buy.

the founders 3070 is a pretty dam nice cooler for 500 its a great buy honestly its also why you probably wont see many im sure NVIDIA doesn't want to sell to many ha not much a profit for them

So how are the temperatures with this card ? There was only this one screenshot of GPU-Z. Does the cooler manage to keep the GPU temp below 70C most of the time and how are the accoustics ?
Accoustics are quite alright. On this card, very quiet. I didn't measure honestly, but quieter than the fans inside the case.
As for the temperatures, they didn't go above 70C as you can see in the far left top corner in every game I placed in the video. ;)

@@FictionPC It was 24C, maybe even a bit higher. I hate being in colder rooms.

i think i found it! go to 6:21 i see 61 degrees which is most likely under full load with shadow of tomb raider benchmark.
pretty impressive, i was looking for the same thing actually, although i would like to see an extreme stress test to see the max temp. under full load. if it goes below 70 degrees i'd go for this card. it's very cheap on the market now!

3x fans is better since the passive heatsink is much bigger and gives more cooling capacity.

Mein alter Pc hatte eine 1050Ti und die Cpu war so schlecht dass dir GPU Bottleneck hatte. Und in meinem Neuen pc hab ich ein Ryzen 7 3800X und jetzt gerade vorübergehend auch eine 1050Ti es läuft zwar besser aber es ist trotzdem nur eine 1050Ti.

This was basically the only card that was left, but I was "lucky" to get it at MSRP directly from Asus.

It looks like a plastic backplate tho?
Haven't had the refrence model of any RTX 3000 series. So I wouldn't know about the plastic backplate. For this ASUS one, it isn't plastic because plastic one wouldn't be able to keep the PCB straight.

Yeah, you have them in the corner of almost each game if I am not mistaking. If I remember correctly, it didn't surpass 70C

Yeah, should kick in after certain load or temperature rises. Since it has been two days, is it working?
@@PCCrazyDario yes it's working now but sometimes it rotates counterclockwise 10 degree then clockwise 10 degree, and it keeps doing that

Apparently you can't even control the RGB through ASUS AURA SYNC, so I guess you can't unfortunately turn them off.

DUAL OC is factory OC-ed a bit and comes from factory with a slight higher clocks.

You have games with thermals on the left top corner. It basically goes around 70C without any problems.
And where are the temparatures and noise?
Temperatures are in the left corner of each game. Running on 69C average in an ambient temperature of 25/26C. Noise I didn't do because there was no point (and no time). No point because it is really silent. I could hear the fans of the chassis more. No time because I had it ONLY for one day unfortunately. Otherwise, I would do OC, detailed thermals, detailed noise and synthetic benchmarks as well. Sorry about it. :( This was the only RTX 3000 series card that I have/had for testing and I had to at least do some benchmarks on some games.

I want the ROG Strix 3070 but that 319.5mm length doesn't agree with my meshify C so might get this. Idk. Might also buy 15mm noctua front fans and get the strix anyways.
If the Strix one fits with the 15mm Noctua fans, then yeah. Go with it. ;)

@@PCCrazyDario You can't even see that it's so small. And we don't know for how long that game has been running either. Where's the average temperature? It's pretty much useless. Also, your performance charts are lacking in detail. Where are the axis labels? Where are the 1% and 0.1% minimums? After watching this video I still have no idea how the 3070 DUAL OC performs.

I managed to get lucky here in Australia and got a ASUS RTX 3070 KO OC edition, it was 1200 bucks but it was the only one they had left, and sadly it was the second most expensive rtx 3070 I've seen.

@@naashalex7502 Nahh man. Unfortunately, I had it for one day and had to make two videos on different languages and only managed to these game benchmarks. :( If I had it for a week at least, the video would have been at least 20 minutes long.

Question for you, if you know or anyone can help. I got the same card the two 8 pin connectors does it matter which one does where? On one of my cables on the left it shows pcie shows number one on top, and the other one has no writting on it, does it matter at all where I place them?

@@solum_ Unbelievable, I was 100% sure that it can be changed. Unfortunately, everyone says that it can't be changed with those softwares. The last resort if you want to switch it off is to check if you can unplug the cable. Sad honestly. Sorry for wrong info. :(

Should I get this one or the ventus 3x OC??
Ventus 3X OC, even though I didn't review it, should be a tad better in cooling, but not 100% sure. Also, you have to take intro consideration that Ventus is longer, so it depends on your case. I honestly think, you won't go wrong with either of these. Just one more thing, that I know some got upset. On the ASUS DUAL card you can't change the RGB light, so it is Rainbow Spectrum constantly. On Ventus you don't have anything to light up. :P Sorry I couldn't give you a more precise answer.

I would say definitely if my MSI 1660ti was able to but delt with frame dropping and nowhere near the speeds i get from my Asus 3070 oc version like in the video.
You want a pcie4 motherboard and fairly good CPU and a couple other factors to consider to get the most potential out of the card

habe das Problem, dass ich meine rgb beleuchtung nicht ändern kann, Asus Aura über armoury crate erkennt die karte nicht. Hat jemand da erfahrung?

Ah yes, the program that I was running was lying to me to downgrade the value of the card... Come on man, makes literally no sense for me to say mention less FPS.
Tell me where you can find an overview on the analysis of the card to see the system as a whole.

Shame really because I want to get a 3080, bit they all seem to be sold out litteraly everywhere, where as this graphics card is right in my budget and in aimee places is in stock
