আমেরিকায় রেড-ইন্ডিয়ান এলাকায় ক্যাসিনো, বার, রেস্তোরাঁ স্থাপনের অনুমতি রয়েছে। একইভাবে পর্যটন কর্পোরেশন (ব্যক্তিগত কোম্পানি নয়) এই এলাকায় ক্যাসিনো স্থাপন করতে পারে এবং সেখানে বেশিরভাগ পাহাড়ি নিয়োগ করতে পারে। পর্যটন কর্পোরেশন ব্যাপক ভাবে পর্যটন হোটেল খুলতে পারে। পর্যটন কর্পোরেশন সবার প্রতিষ্টান , যাতে পাহাড়িরাও সম্পূর্ণ অংশীদার।

আমাদের দেশে নিজেদের যারা আদিবাসী হিসেবে দাবি করে এই ভূমিতে তাদের আগমনের পটভূমি, বসতি স্থাপন ও বিকশিত হওয়ার ইতিহাস খুব বেশি পুরোনো নয়। কিন্তু এই ভূমিতে বাঙালির আগমনের ইতিহাস, বাঙালি কৃষকের চাষাবাদের ইতিহাস আরও অনেক বেশি পুরোনো। এখন পর্যন্ত আবিষ্কৃত বাঙালির আদিমতম নিদর্শন চর্যাপদের বয়স ১ হাজার ৪০০ বছর প্রায়, যার কাছাকাছি সময়ে এখানকার কোনো নৃগোষ্ঠী তার ইতিহাস টেনে নিতে পারেনি।

The peace treaty should be canceled immediately without any hesitation. The bangladeshi people would have the right to buy lands there. Quota system for the chakma s should be abolished or it should be extended for the bengali speaking people there. Many more cantonments should be established in the three districts of hill tracts. Complete army surveillance is urgently required to keep the place cool and calm.
Hill tracts is an innate part of bangladesh. The paharee people came about two hundred years ago from myanmar in the face of conflicts in their home country. Seeing that lonely greenish hilly area, they settled there with no hindrance. Bcz population of bangladesh was small and bangladeshi people were liberal, nobody had said anything to them and they started living there. So they are the real settlers.
