This home is the he model is the cooper which starts at 475.. With Design and lot premium if you wanted that I would guess it would price out about 505-535 on the top end . Keep in mind this is Before any of their incentives kick in. First Texas is usually really good about giving Healthy Design incentives as well as closing cost incentives plus a Nebraska Furniture mart Gift card.
The edgewater plan is the starting point in this community at the 348 price point.

@Zac what floor plan is this and is it actually $348k??? That would mean FTH drastically reducing their prices closer to what these homes are actually worth.
