2024 Kia Sorento POV Driving Impressions Review. Is It Better Then The Hyundai Santa Fe?

The 2024 Kia Sorento just went on sale with its all new facelifted design. The model gets a heavy exterior and interior updates with new front and rear LED lights, new larger grill, unique wheels like this X-Line model has and the OTA 12.3 Inch touchscreen and digital gauge cluster. It’s powered by a 2.5T 4 cylinder making 281 HP and 311 lb-ft of torque all mated through an 8 Speed DCT transmission.

Did you get a chance to drive the Sorento X-pro trim? If you have, do you mind commenting how the X-line differs from the x-pro in ride comfort, noise and handling?

I unfortunately was not able to drive the pro model. They tend to sell out or are pre sold upon arrival. I don’t think they would have a difference in suspension. It would more or less come down to materials and options.

It’s the Kia brand identity known as “Tiger Face”. It’s hard to say it will look exactly the same as this. I would say maybe the next gen telluride will get a much different design

No. It is not better than the (2023) Santa Fe. Santa Fe has better ergonomics and drives better.
