Unbelievable that this video has been on TH-cam since mid 2018 and I am going to be the first to make a comment.
Love it. The story has a well balanced feel and pace. On one hand there's the 'how-to' aspect of the making of the traditional pohpiah skin, and on the other hand, there's the family business aspect; the stress and struggles of a small family business.
As a Singaporean, now in my 70s', I've grown to appreciate and respect the huge community of home grown businesses like these, without whom we would not have the iconic hawker food fare prevalent everywhere.
With your permission, I'd like to share your video with my friends and contacts whenever the subject of PohPiah comes up. Cheers, from Vancouver, Canada.

So heartwarming a footage of the history of Kway Guan Huat!
Im so thankful that Michael is willing to carry on the heritage of making popiah skin. My utmost respect to him.
The love & affection between father & son tugs at my heart strings!
