I wasn’t planning on watching this video but after starting to watch it, I couldn’t stop. Great video and that’s one heck of a bike frame. A lot better than the mountain bike i picked up along the road with a free sign on it for my build. Good job instructing us on how to put everything together correctly. 👍🏼
I already have a zeda 80 from my second build but snapped the frame last year whilst working on it so this year I am going to be purchasing's this frame after seeing it, I was pushing this off because I hate installing the sprocket on the rear wheel but this already comes with it which means I just need to swap the engine over which should take an hour at most, love this frame, thanks BikeBerry!!!
hey bud to save money you may want to look up a big mo bicycle. its what this bike really is. they just buy these frames and put different wheels on it with a acouple fancy mounts. just saying. also these are steel frames so its not hard to take these and weld whatever you want on them. im currently taking 2 stingrays and i chopped them to combine into one bigger stingray more adult friendly in size. ive got a 212 predator im putting on it. welding all the steel was easy. im just saying instead of spending over half a grand on the frame alone then you could just find whats called a big mo chopper bicycle and youll see what i mean i have one of these im about to put a phantom on
@@jonathangray5840 I looked up this bike on the internet and you cant hardly find a picture of one. They are all just some used bikes that are very hard to find and most of which when you do are very expensive and are almost always already chopped up or tampered with by loads of others. This doesnt appear to be some mass produced item you can go buy and in abundance. Frankly I dont like anything to do with OCC or WCC or Harley or anything like that anyway. Its just too lame and most of which are plain and generic and lacks taste or creativity. Anything made from the 1800s on up to the 1980s, with lots of color and style and orginality is what is best. Best bet if youre going to do all that work is simply to build youre own frame and designs from raw stock. Black is just too damn boring to me. Its so overdone for the past 20 plus years that I can hardly believe that its actually still being done anymore at all. It shows an extreme lack of real talent. And these frame styles to look like those gosh awful OCC frames are just unreal. These things look so ugly to me. Most likely this generation will continue to make these for another 50 years not knowing any better. Its just bleak. What can I say, Im from a very different time period. I have nothing in common at all with these newer generations past the 80s or 90s at the far end. Past 1999 and it all became the same boring useless terrible copy and never evolved from there. Its the same with the music and movies and clothes and pretty much anything. Everything died and very quickly. Anyway. I did learn some things from the guy in the video though, he was nice to share what he knows with the rest of us.
@@jonathangray5840 More adult friendly size is a nice way of putting it. For a 12 yr old kid then yeah this frame would be fine. Watching a grown 6 ft adult on this link is the most awkward thing ever.
Really so a 80 cc makes it a powerhouse I have a OCC stingray with a 212 predator engine with a 235 stroker and a hemi head ran 103 at the drag strip does that qualify as a power house
Get rid of the plastic tensioner better yet find something like a YZ125 motor weld a couple mounts and get ready for a real ride. Awesome job on the stingray it looks good let us know how it rides

I had no idea that the spark plug socket fits the drive sprocket nut perfectly... P.S. Grinding the rivets off is not necessary when using a chain-breaker tool. Also there are 1/2 links available for that perfect chain tension.
That muffler looks way to low.first time going from side walk to street its going to hit and pull the exhaust bolts right out of the cylinder head stripping them.Or I might be wrong..
so, how much for the stinger bike, and stage 4 mototr, delivered, in the box, ready to assemble? i seriously interested? will be looking into a few accessories as well.
Kool video! I have an OCC chopper bike in my garage ready to go. Which engine should I buy that will work with the frame mounts that the site sells for the engine..I want speed and reliability and I have the mechanical know how to work on it (3 motorcycles).
Thank you Tony I like your videos What about loctite and porting the cylinder? I've had a few engines come trashed inside of the intake have huge casing mishaps not sure how to explain it. And I always strip out the head bolts its been a nightmare for me I like the torque wrench idea I'm gonna do that....Thanks again browski I watch all your videos
for anyone wanting to save some money and do a very tiny amount of DIY then they should look up a big mo chopper bicycle. i swear thats all these "stingers" are. i dont know how they got away with taking one chopper bicycle and almost name it exactly what another is.
From what I can see , no one seems to have made money ,,,,MUCH,,,,on most any bicycle , no point in sueing to get no money from the NOT profits. Keep in mind, almost every bike, brand has been sold to others, if a person is making money, why not keep the thing?
its your friendly neighborhood dark matter here ha ha ha . look i know im always finding the flaws or have some kinda remark about things in general but really im not a troll im just being honest . the bike even though its a Schwinn rip off looks pretty good not sure how long it will take the owners of #Schwinn to sew bike berry but we will wait and see . maybe you will get away with it who knows . but put that aside a minute the bike looks great and if i had just payed 800 dollars for this frame i would not want a little 2 cycle engine on it . i would want a 212 predetor engine on it . hey maybe bike berry can swipe the 212 and put a new sticker on it a start selling it as a bike kit . charge 400 dollars for the engine and with the frame thats a whopping 1200 dollars . just thoughts . hey your alright though your just a spoke person for them dont worry to much . ride safe
Hey hey hey! OCC Schwinn’s are no longer in production so it’s all good. Not everyone want a 4 stroke. I get the assumption of a bigger engine but lots of people in the mini chopper world dig a 2 stroke.
@@tonytaylor5087 lol ok buddy ill give ya a break . if i dont have nothing nice to say ill just post great video awesome job or your the man . seems to be the go to comment when you dont know what to say . and honesty is the new raciest or so im told any way . have a great night tony .
A 212 would unfortunately not fit in the frame. most 49-100 cc engines are around the same size, only the piston is wider, but at 212 the engine has to get taller. this bike is a very small bike, and choppers don't have the best shape for engines, and they are very prone to wheelies. 250 engine is what's consider needed for an actual motorcycle, and that is an insane amount of torque to put through a frame. Just being honest here, if the bike survived and 212, and you managed to fit one, the speeds reached would be very unstable for a chopper steering geometry, with the short frame making the wobble even more powerful.
Those chain tensioners are trash. "Silent killer" im more then sure that enough people will agree those are dangerous eliminate it and go straight chain.

Why are there no good replacements for the fuel tank all these aftermarket performance parts and no decent tank upgrades
Yeah only a couple options.

I think some Lock Tight would work nice in this build.
Never seeze as well
Don't care for the position of the tailpipe not enough ground clearance
That muffler looks way to low.first time going from side walk to street its going to hit and pull the exhaust bolts right out of the cylinder head stripping them.Or I might be wrong..
Recommend putting skate bushings under the tank for shock absorption my first tank ripped open and dumped gas all over my leg
That cylinder says ld80 with means high hole piston amazon sells ld90 cylinder for 32 dollars it has 48mm piston
Nice

Check the site out!
I remember being in Walmart when they go Schwinn was sold it was 175 dollars
new bt100 v2 vids?
Was wondering where you found that cool seat with the studs and low bar?
I was wondering if there was enough room for a predator 212cc engine
God bless.
Where do you get them rims with disk brakes
These came with the bike. There are 26” heavy duty rims on the site with disc brake mounts.
Bikeberry need to lower their prices on stage 4 80cc and bicycles like stock switz cruz
I was so sure that v2 100cc was going on.... 😂I want to see scary and slighty dangerous
Don’t we all 😂
also needs the longer exhaust pipe for the harley feel
Do you need to check the gap on the the plug prior to installing?
Never a bad idea to check that my friend. 😊

Definitely the 100cc v2 2stroke kit on their website, and try to find a good carburetor and expansion chamber setup
I have 3 of the choppers. You need to know the rear brake will not stop you.66cc 2 stroke motor kits.
can you anneal and reuse those copper gaskets like the old timers on big engines?
Just another reason to get hassled by the cops !
what size tires are you riding in the back
if i bought the 66cc-80cc 2 stroke engine from bike berry would it fit an orange county chopper? it’s the cheapest one on the website
rahasianya adalah gir depan dan belakang harus lurus sejajar, disana kuncinya dan jarang ada yang membahas nya, selainya tidak ada masalah sama sekali
Powerhouse? Eeeeeeeeeeee-eeeeeeeeeeeee-eeeeeeeeee!

the bolts are made of chinesium so they cant handle any torque highly recommend getting some replacements
New porting videos up on the channel. Thanks for the kind words!
do you live at or near bike berry's distribution center
why did you reupload this video

Might change to a 44tooth rear sprocket after brake in
Ya could do that. Will have to increase disc brake rotor diameter.
what sized sprocket does this bike comes with

I believe that is a NO, there is a black tape that works with gas.
