I have a question I recently posted a video last week that is super low in views for some reason (44 views compared to my average of 300-700 views per video), I'm about to upload another video finally do you think that super low view last video could potentially affect the amount of views on the next video??
Each video stands on its own merit. How well your next video does, depends on the topic, and how well you did to grab attention and keep people watching.

Possibly. It will depend if TH-cam have passed on the monthly totals to Adsense to payout. Could come down to timing. If the amounts are still pending with TH-cam, you could be out of luck. Worth checking directly with TH-cam though.
I took a break for 6 months During lockdowns. They Demonetized My channel and raise the threshold super high to get it back and held my money. B u m me out .. still trying to get it back..
If you're inactive (no posting) for 6 months, they can remove you from the TH-cam Partner Program. A simple Community Post or Short could have kept you active. They will hold that amount that's under the payout threshold for you until you get it over. Just FYI, the requirements for full YPP is still 1000 subscribers and 4000 hours of public watch time (in 365 days). It has not changed since 2018 when that was rolled out. There is a lower threshold for Fan Finding only - 500 subscribers and 3000 hours of public watch time (365 days). You already have the subs for both, you would just need to reach the watch time requirements.
